Karen assisted me after one of the coworkers was not very friendly & she went above & beyond for me, assisting me in how to package my gifts and she was so kind. Please hire more people like her!

Sometimes the wait is a little long depending on when you go, bit I've never had a bad experience there. They are always super helpful!

These guys and gals take no concerns with being rude. One time I had to send about 120 letters certified, they were already labeled, had the certified bar codes on them.
All three lanes were open, however the female supervisor came out and scolded me, as a paying customer, for making her have to come out and help lol (so work?), and if I ever needed to send that many certified letters again I'd have to make an appointment.
I responded, yeah, If you ever answered your phones I would have, but you don't.
I left the company I had to do.this for, so I didn't have a second encounter.

****tip****

In ANY situation that you need addressed they have a short period, like 3 business days to respond and a few more days to resolve any issues. The only way to hold them accountable is to file your complaint online. It goes through a chain of command lol.
Believe me they will respond, and in certain circumstances even give you their direct lines and emails.

The guy at the counter is insanely rude. He was yelling at an older woman to the point to where she almost cried. He complained for a solid 10 minutes after he left in front a full line of customers. I get we live in hard times, but it’s not difficult to be kind.

Very unfriendly gal at the counter. All I needed was a bubble flat rate envelope and I got a lot of attitude. The only time the post office has those is when customers bring in the ones they don’t want! Really that’s the customer service here

Have a new guy that has been either assisting with my route or filling in for vacation for the lady that normally delivers to us for the last few months (Grubb Rd area). Since he started, we will go days without receiving mail, never get some of my monthly bills, skips my house if I have outgoing mail. Never had this problem before he started on my route! The only reason I rated them a 2 and not 0 is because our normal mail lady does a good job.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The " girl" at the front desk was texting on her phone and the older man are extremely rude and lack professionalism to the fullest! This is the last time I will be going to this location! STEER CLEAR!

I live in a resort style living community in Millcreek. All of us here pay for what is expected. It is a great Community to live in and our neighbors are wonderful, but I wish I could say the same for our mail carriers.
First of all our mail center is sheltered inside a nice little building like structure so that residents can get their mail and stay dry we're out of the wind and rain or snow when Gathering their mail. I did not know that it was also a garage! And I know the mail carrier has been asked not to park the vehicle inside of our mail center were people have to walk to get there mail or packages. He backs his truck in as I guess it is too much work for the amount he gets paid to single-handedly carry his bins over to the mail center from the parking spot. I have seen one mail carrier who was a female who was the only one who ever respected the property.
Due to a heavy large vehicle being pulled into a floor that is designed for human feet and not Vehicles, the floor is cracked into several directions.
Furthermore we do have boxes for packages to be delivered with keys for the residents to receive their orders or the main office where our mail carrier delivers large packages. I cannot count how many times we waited weeks and other residents did too and our packages never came and every time we would call the legion office they know exactly who we are and give us run the around excuse.
I would like to point out that this past Monday, January 18th when there was no delivery service for mail on Martin Luther King day there was a different mail carrier here at our property. From what I heard almost 30 packages were delivered to the office! And some of those packages we're from 3 months ago that people had been waiting for for Christmas! Apparently they were found in inventory just sitting in a room?
I'm tired of hearing the excuse because we live in ************* that we can't receive our packages or that the mailman disrespects the property. It is your job to keep our mail safe and to get it to us at a reasonable time without the late excuses or driving around with it in your truck for days.

Please, if you have the chance to go to another facility, do it. I have had a package bouncing back and fourth between two different states for the past 3 days. I spoke to one of the managers here named Darrell on 7/29/2020 (he was super helpful) and he informed me that the next time it moved, to contact him or the location so they can contact the last known location to get the situation rectified. It moved again on 7/30/2020 and I went to the office to have them contact the location and get this taken care of. Upon arriving, the front desk associate cut me off in the middle of me explaining and told me “just stop” and walked off. A few minutes later of me standing there, a manager named Rick comes out to tell me that I am not a priority and that he will not be helping me. He told me that what Darrell said was irrelevant and that I could leave. After hearing this, I got upset and proceeded to tell them loudly that I was told by another manager to come down here and get this situation taken care of. I was then told that if I did not leave, the police would be called on me.for just doing exactly what Darrell had told me to do. After multiple times of me trying to get Rick to help me, he would keep refusing and so I left, and made a complaint with the USPS Inspector General. Upon me leaving, Rick came outside and took my license plate information, without my consent, and walked back into the building. Rick did not need this information and as I did nothing wrong, took this personal piece of information for himself. Rick should not be allowed to take customers information without their consent, and especially after refusing to help that customer. I refuse to go back to this location, unless it is a last resort. I recommend going to another location if possible. The managers and employees here do not want to help you.

I've consistently had good experiences here. Staff is friendly and efficient. The gentleman who helped me with my passport explained everything to me. The lady who helped me with international shipping (twice) was patient and walked me through the different steps for customs. My favorite PO in Erie by far.

It’s pouring down rain and they leave a package at my door without anything to cover it. Package it soaked and ruined.
