If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did the clerk Su give us an attitude about a package being media but when we insured it with her for hundreds of dollars and told her and the key pad that the package is fragile she walked over to the window which is 4 feet high and dropped it. You could hear a loud thud when it hit the bottom of the bin. Even other customers in the office made a comment about how inappropriate it was. No 'sorry' not even a reaction of any kind. We spoke to the post master who did not seem concerned either. Do not bring any fragile packages unless you don't mind them being dropped.

Thank you to Sue and Val for explaining some of the logistics that go into Non-Profit Bulk Mailings. Sue took time from her lunch to personally help me and my co-worker understand how to prepare our non-profit's bulk mailing. Although we couldn't get it all sorted at the time, we greatly appreciate the time they both took to help us out.

I deliver roughly 8 pallets of bulk mail to this DDU once a month and have to say the crew there is one of the best I have ever come across. Seeing alot of negative comments about rudeness. I have always had a good experience here.

I really don't even want to give them one star. This has to be the rudest staff of people behind a counter waiting on customers I have ever encountered. Had to stand in line 2 different times to send a package. I never sent a package via USPS and after today I will never set foot in that post office branch again. They were not willing to help in any way except to get you in and out of there. Never Never Again! RUDE STAFF AT THE DESK! From this moment on I will go to the local UPS Store. At least they are there to help and will actually print out a label.

There was a little bit of wait this morning, but it was because the representative was helping a customer with a more complex issue very thoroughly. He then helped several customers very quickly and efficiently. He was polite and professional with his service. The location is excellent.

The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because they have good hours compared to other locations. There’s a woman who works here who is SO rude! I came in to drop off a card that already had postage and she told me it needed $0.30 more but literally stared at me and gave me the silent treatment when I asked her why it needed more when I had mailed cards exactly like that before with just a forever stamp. The man standing next to her had to explain to me that it’s because the envelope doesn’t fit in the machine (because it was square). Thats all she had to say, instead of ignoring me and making me ask over and over.

I don’t know why this post office gets bad reviews but for general mail, stamps, sending packages and friendliness, they do a great job. I’ve been in this area for almost 7 years and have never had an issue.

I was alerted by informed delivery, I was supposed to receive a piece of mail that’s important information in it today, however that certain piece of mail never made it’s way to my mailbox… I don’t know if it wasn’t delivered yet, or maybe delivered to someone else.

On Friday 2/18/2022 mail delivery guy runs stop sign right in front of me at north walnut Terrence and Brownsville rd and stops at a mail box on the corner 2 feet from the intersection he could of caused a bad accident because I had traffic coming the other way lucky the other drivers seen it and gave me enough room to come over enough because when I stop I was half way past him trid to report this over the phone but the service would not let me talk to anyone

Mail carriers are friendly and do a great job, the post office is open until 6 PM which is good. Sometimes the lines get long but the postal workers are very friendly and do a great job.

INCOMPETENT

We have been trying to set up a mail delivery service for the last 8 month! 8 month and still we can not set up a mail delivery service. No manager in sight every time we go in they promise to send someone over to set up a master key to the mailbox and never happens. When we follow up they ask for a new paperwork.

Sent a package in a flat rate/priority mail box but I made a label for priority Mail and paid for non-flat rate accidentally, which is MORE money than flat rate fee. My box made it all the to this Langhorne PA post office, almost to its destination and whomever was working must have been in a bad mood that day bc they returned the box to me saying I didnt create the correct label, which was LESS than what I paid. Now have to ship back with a flat rate label. I can see if flat rate was more than what I paid, but I paid more. Ridiculous. This was on August 24,2021,7: 15 pm (Return to Sender). What an angry postal worker. Now I have an unhappy recipient waiting on a package.

Terrible Post Office. I miss my old one in Levittown. The repeatedly send out packages that are supposed to be delivered to me in Langhorne. They send them out of state because of ineptitude and laziness.

DO NOT COME HERE AT A LUNCH BREAK.
Arrived at 11: 20am it is now 11: 40am, 4 people ahead of me.only 1 person at the register and they are still attending the same person since I arrived.
No service, No lunch, time wasted!

I sent Christmas gift on 12/16/2020 to NJ as priority mail. They didn't received package after christmas.so I wait and check at post office they got to wrong location to Indiana and went to Kentucky so finally they got January 2021. It took about 3weeks suppose be priority mail. It's very irresponsible duty massed up my Christmas gift. They should take a serious act and compensate to customer.

Never can get directly thru to this post office. Our mail man never arrived today and I was expecting a package!

Mail being delivered to wrong places. They delivered my contacts to the wrong house and have no explanation or information where they are horrible service old tradition that needs to go away stick with ups and fedex

The most pathetic post office there is. 75% of the time you get someone else's mail and that's if you get mail at all. Somehow I received 2 letters sent on the same day in only 3 days but yet 2 letters sent 6 days earlier from the same place still haven't come. Well maybe they were delivered but not to the correct address which is common. Apparently the ability of reading isn't a job requirement at this location.

They always give me the 3rd degree mailing my packages. Never again come here again. I wonder why they closing the post offices. Im going to ups from now on. Never again will I go here. They ignorant and rude. I have stories for days. I wonder why I kept coming here.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. Honestly I'm just shocked at all the negativity. I've been coming to this particular P. O a little over a year now and I absolutely love it! I've never waited long in lines, 5 min.tops, all the clerks are pleasant enough and very knowledgeable!
Maybe it depends on what time of day it is.
