United States Postal Service, Hatfield PA

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is literally the worst postal location I have ever dealt with. It is close to my home, so I try it again every so often. Every single time, they have one employee - who moves slower than molasses - and a line through the lobby and out the door. The line moves slow, so if you see it, just walk away and save your sanity. No other postal location is like this one. Whoever is running it should be fired.

Josh was amazing. Had a huge issue with my package & he gave perfect customer service & was so understanding and kind! Deserves to be recognized.

Left my PS4 I ordered at the front door of my business on a Saturday morning, in the pouring rain, even though we are closed on the weekends. Good thing I checked tracking info or it would have probably been stolen or blown away by the time Monday rolled around. This isn’t even mentioning that this was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews because I know the postmen/women work hard but this really struck a nerve.

I lived in this area yrs ago, it was always nice to come to the post office. They weren't miserable like some places.always cracking jokes and doing the best they could even understaffed. Years later, i did come by since i was in the area and it was still the same ppl there and still cheerful. I do recall my mail lady, she was tall and blonde, she was always cheerful while doing her rounds even when it was 100F outside.

They overcharged us, then they denied our usage, worst of all they refused giving us money back. Can we get somebody with normal humanity? #NatveAsianFirst, , #StopAsianHate!

The USPS is a waste of tax money and government money.
Can't even deliver mail to the proper addresses and there's so much incompetency within the USPS.

Delivery guys need to learn to read address correctly. They always deliver packages to wrong building. They always deliver packages for building 2603 Elroy to 2700 Elroy Rd.

I ordered a package to be delivered overnight. I was told if it’s late, I will receive a full refund. It didn’t arrive overnight, so I went back the next day to get my refund. Long story short, I had to keep going back every other day because the manager was the only person who could approve it in the system and he was never there. Seems counter-productive to only have one person who can approve it and they’re never around. Then, when he was finally there, they only give a refund in cash. So.they made a big deal to ME because it was the beginning of the day and I was taking all of his money.

Your carriers have NOT been scanning the packages upon pick up for the company I work for. You have caused us hundreds of dollars in lost sales and replacement orders because people are counting on their tracking numbers to monitor their shipments and they don't believe we actually shipped the product! AND, You have caused our seller rating to drop dramatically! I will be writing our representative and senator regarding the BEYOND TERRIBLE service we're receiving from your office and the U. S. Postal Service in general!

Received a package with nothing in it. Showed up to ask about my options. Instead of providing any helpful information they just kept telling me that it's not their fault with a healthy dose of irritation.

The staff at this post office are always so kind and helpful! Any time I’ve had an issue with a package not being delivered, they’re very knowledgeable on what happened and quick to resolve it. Great location
