Extremely rude the postal workers attitude immediately shifted when I just asked for tape for my package, went from peachy and bright to only giving me one worded responses. I guess I made someone actually do the job they're being paid for?

I have a po box here but they are always closed, must say if they don't have staff here they should hire someone who will work.

Service was fast, the only problem is that they close from 1: 30-3: 00 pm due to being understaffed.

I've never had an issue going here for my mailing services. I want to give a big thanks and acknowledge the lady named Iris in the front, both times I needed help with sending a package she went above and beyond in assisting me. Thank you for all your help Iris.

I finally arrived at this post office after trying two other locations that were closed due to various reasons during business hours. Whatever. Finally I’m at this location and I ask the guy behind the desk for a strip of tape to close a 10” box. The tape was right in front of him and I can see it. He says they don’t have tape and I would have to buy it. Of course the tape is like $5 so I refused and walked out. This is why post offices are shutting down for their lack of professionalism and customer service. This is why millions of people and business are choosing FedEx and UPS for their mail services. This and all post offices are a joke.

BEAWARE, the lady who behind counter (with pink hair) is a theft and racist. (Allow person she knew use the boxes for free, and refused to provide according services to other person, she is aggressive and psycho.)

PLEASE PUT A UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE HERE! Whoever the postmaster is SHOULD BE FIRED! I have been waiting in my car for an hr along with several Seniors THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I PAY FOR A POST OFFICE BOX.

They don’t open when it should be open, it says 9 am I came at 11am and she told me is still closed with bad tone you should put somebody educated in the front desk they are always angry really bad attention

This is the absolute worst post office! NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER AND HAVE THE EMPLOYEES TREAT LIKE TRASH. My experience here was an absolute disappointment. The woman behind the desk were too busy doing a bunch of nothing instead of doing there job. All I wanted to do was drop a letter and waited 20 mins in line then left because they were busy doing something else. Go anywhere else but here.

I answered one of the question w r ong. My only complaint is they usually have only 1 cashier.

The woman behind the counter was perfect. Greeted everyone, asked if we needed stamps. I saw the low rating before I went in and had to give credit when it was due. Great job.

I went to drop off a package around 1pm on a weekday and the place was closed. I went back the next day around 10am and asked if hours changed. The clerk said she's entitled to go on break whenever she wants and will close for however long she feels. She said next time I show up she'll be sure to lock up. She had the nastiest attitude. I'm pretty good at net letting other people negatively affect me so I controlled my desire to react took a deep breath and just let it go. Cant say I'll be returning to this location (8232 Frankford Ave.) There were several instances where I arrived during normal hours for it to be closed. First time I asked about it and was served with 100% unnecessary rudeness. Must be nice to go on break whenever you feel like it, not many have that luxury.

RUDE! LATE TO OPEN! Overcharged and wouldnt give refund! Other very important documents mailed previously was ten days late and was time sensitive. Horrible horrible government agency.

I just went there and it was not open it’s 9: 30 already it says they open at 9. Went here two times already and both times never open.

Post office is clean. The person working behind the counter was professional and nice. They had what I needed in stock. Very efficient service. No line. However, there was only one person behind the counter. The parking lot is hard to maneuver in this strip of stores. And, it’s a mess.

I've always had a pleasant experience, for a post office. I mean, it's a post office. What else do you want? They sell stamps, packaging items, you can send mail, packages, etc. This is not Rita's so there is no water ice, you stand across the counter and wear a mask so you shouldn't smell someone's breath (good or bad) and there are many more options to try besides this one.

Update: went Saturday 11 am and they were closed. Im guessing they never updated their hours.
