I dropped off 3 prepaid first class packages and the clerk rudely told me it was good I only have 3 to drop off because that’s the max.

I’m sorry, max according to whom? The USPS is required to accept packages, I don’t see how one branch can just set an arbitrary limit. Definitely don’t go here if you’re just trying to drop off first class packages.

I scheduled a redelivery of a package since the handler didn't knock on the door. It was supposed to be redelivered the next day. Never came. Checked the confirmation number. Tried to reschedule again and I couldn't because there was already a request made. Went to modify instead and was then told I couldn't because the request expired? So frustrating. Thanks Middletown Post Office. Top notch.

When things do not go right you find out how good the service is. I know NEVER NEVER NEVER give mail to mail handlers instead of dropping it off yourself especially if the document is important. Their is a chance that it does not make it there. I gave my taxes to the mail handler because it was raining outside and did not want to go out in the rain. My mail never made it to its destination. I was so mad i called the post office and reported the lost mail.they were like well or carriers drop off all mail it could have been lost in the processing center and that was all she had to say to me. What i expected was first and apology and secondly for her to make an attempt to see who was on the route and if there were any complaints of missing letter. One of my hat was working at the post office down in down town Baltimore and know by the time they catch up to mail dumpers the damage is done. Do not give anything important them make the trip.

We have been home this is the 4th time a registered letter was not delivered. No doorbell.

Haven’t had mail for a Entire week. Made two separate trips down to see if I can pick it up they won’t give it to me. They tell me it’s going to be delivered but all I get is the current mail. Looks like I have to get Help beyond the post office.

We never had an issue with our old postman, now we have a new post lady and our mail hasn't gone or been picked up in over a week

My mailbox is owned by the post office. It is part of a cluster box. It was damaged back when everything flooded in August! I have reported it several time. Still hasn't been fixed. Instead they return all mail to sender. I had to replace everything from my ss card, birth certificate, and passport. All returned to sender because they won't fix it. Tried putting my mail on hold and if still happens. Falken to the front desk person and post master. Neither cares

Today I went to the post office with about twelve packages that I had prepurchased the postage for. Nate behind the counter informed me that he could only scan in three of the items and I would have to leave the others in the cart on the outside of the counter. It was a metal grocery cart that did not look secure at all. Who knows what would happen to my packages if I left them there!? ! I asked Nate why would I have to do this and Nate said it was the policy of the post office. I explained to Nate that I never have to do this at any other branches that I go to and I would like to speak to his supervisor. Christopher Taylor, the postmaster came out and told me that what Nate said was true. That this policy has been in effect for ten years and with so many packages I would have to manifest them with the appropriate paperwork like a business would. What the heck!? ! I think this is another attempt to minimize the amount of work this post office has to do! And they wonder why people go postal! By the way I did not leave any packages or have them scan the three they said they would. I took them to the Paxtonia Post Office where they scanned them all in, no questions asked and was also told to “Have a nice day! ” Now THAT’S service! Never going back to Middletown…

Guy behind the counter has been there for years and continues to be disrespectful of his words. Couldn’t even get around the counter to help me for something I was purchasing. This post office is a dump

I live at 320 Market Street, Middletown, PA in an apartment building with 50 units, we need our packages delivered to our individual doors, and not noted delivery to "mailbox" packages are stolen if left in the LOBBY

This Post office does not do it's job properly, when a package is shipped it is paid to be delivered to the door of the person receiving it, not left in the lobby of the building, this building is occupied by elderly and handicap person's who cannot always get down to receive their packages.

I have checks that come through the mail and they never get delivered on time. I call the number and it's just an automated helpline that basically gives an excuse for poor delivery times.

I haven't gotten my outgoing mail taken this week and haven't gotten any new mail, either. Called the number and it is for a robot. The robot says it is due to Covid19. If they required vaccinations for employees, they wouldn't have an employee being so sick that they would need to be calling off. Mail is obviously important and for it to be missing (all my neighbors are having the same issues) this week is completely unacceptable.

My friend was droppinge off at camp this afternoon, Swatara park Rd. When a mail truck was backing out the driveway.the driver obviously never looked behind the o see us & kept backing up.if my friend had not sped up, we would of been plowed into by the mail carrier

They delivered my mail to my old address even after my address change and somehow my labels where destroyed and they called it dead mail and refused to help me get my mail worst service ever pray you never have to deal with them

I have a valid medical exemption for face coverings and They refused to send my letter that I need sent registered mail! This is absolutely unacceptable! He told me to go online. I asked if they could pick up my letter to send registered mail and he simply repeated that I must have a face covering for him to send my letter! So now anyone with a medical exemption in the state of PA CANNOT SEND ANY MAIL AT A LOCATION? BULL! I will be reporting them and placing a complaint!

Only one teller, pretty long lines. But I do understand it could be cause by the USPS financial issues.
