This place is a job to work can't even take UT kids to doctors with out getting wrote up and they like to hold packages just because u work there

They keep saying they have delivered and they don't till next day. Not good when the packages are medications! Must be cheating on their quota requirements!

Very horrible service ya cannot get through to talk to them cause the automated system is impossible to navigate through. And when I sent someone there and asked for there direct number they would not give it out. They are supposed to be public service and it’s not very convenient when you cut yourself off from the public
