Literally the absolute worst post office on the planet. Intelligence level is low operation here. Frasier St post office has been the worst post office for decades and it never disappoints to disappoint! Avoid at all costs. The helpfulness of this office is null. Don’t bother calling unless you have a long time to wait for an inaccurate answer. I can’t believe it took me this long to review it.

Incompetent workers.incompetent office.most importantly incompetent delivery driver.was waiting at home for my for my package to be delivered all day.then got a message saying i missed the delivery.there was no knock or anything.it’s like the delivery driver saw that it’s almost the end of his shift so he didn’t want to deliver the package.how can i know there was the delivery person at my door if there wasn’t even a knock to let me know he was there.keep in mind i was waiting for my package all day so i was keeping an eye out for a knock or something.very incompetent employees

A rude and super unprofessional front desk staff who works on 05/01/2023. I show my sympathy to USPS that such an unprofessional person can be hired.

I went there to get a passport. I had some issues because I didn't have the right documents but they were very helpful and patient.

A shockingly incompetent local post office. They somehow came to the conclusion that I don't live here and started returning most of my mail to sender with no warning whatsoever. I just happened to catch it because only about half the mail I saw on Informed Delivery was actually arriving. I've lived in half a dozen different zip codes in my life, and never once have I had to have a meet and greet with the local post office just for my mail to be.delivered.

They apparently require this, according to the staff (who on top of everything were rude about it), because "lots of college students live here". Again - no warning about this. I even had mail forwarding set up and had confirmed my address for Informed Delivery. About half my mail got delivered anyway!

I'd warn anyone living in State College to set up Informed Delivery and watch it every day. Get ready to jump on top of it if your mail suddenly stops showing up. Good luck!

Do they deliver packages? IDK, but I would if I and many people I know didn't have issues. Even at work, when people ask where their package is. 9/10 it was marked delivered before anyone actually delivered the package if they delivered the package.

I used to have a well satisfied service whenever I come to mail something out. But recently I wasn’t really feel satisfied with the service offered to me especially from a person called Judy worked there. She looked serious and didn’t even smile Ana her attitude is rude to me when I talked to her. I was actually asking her about an envelope I mailed, she didn’t explain to in a very nice way, so I requested to talk to someone else and t he that’s what I did. I would say if I come next time, I will definitely choose another branch or at least I don’t prefer Judy to help me.

This is outrageous prices for a PO BOX Rental. 2022 the price $212.50? NO NOTICE TO TELL YOU PRICES HAS INCREASED JUST THIS NOTICE 2 WEEKS AGO!
2021 paid $178,2020 paid $155. Outrageous I had my rental box for 17 years and the last 5 years it keeps going up. WHY BECAUSE STUDENT INCREASED. Premium Service. WHAT that's a joke what so Premium. I showed 2 other USPS and the postmaster said you could pay here for 4 years Service Do Not Pay

Don't bother calling their phone number, to reach a real person, you will be driven insane by the robot.

Most of the reviews complain about the delivery, which does not directly reflect their service in the store. The staff was very nice and helpful, pleasant to work with.

I feel sad that the average rate in this usps is so low. Actually the environment there is very tidy and I get a lot of help from the staff.

Incompetent and criminal. I've cought the delivery person literally stop in front of my house, mark my package as delivered, and then proceed to drive away without delivering a single thing. I had to chase them down and demand my package. There's been 3 times they've marked my package as delivered only to send it to the wrong address or without it despite all the information correct. I have no issues receiving mail from anyone else. AVOID THE USPS AT ALL COSTS

This is a wonderful post office, always able to answer any questions I’ve had. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

If you don't have a box to pack the things you want to send, you can get it at usps store. It will be charged. Around 3-6 dollars for the box depending on the size. You can get some bubble wrap also. Which is also charged. Around 3 dollars.

Would suggest to get tape from home. You won't need to buy one there.

I’ve had a great experience here. The only post office I’ve never had a problem with! Especially with Terry, he helped me out big time with an important package today that was certified and I can’t thank him enough. He went out of his way to help get this to me and made sure I knew what was going on and it’s now on its way to me where I am able to pick it up. He was awesome and it made it so easy, and again I’m so grateful!

The have messed up 3 of my orders in the last month, 2 were in the wrong locker at my apartment and the third was delivered but isn't there, I'm guessing its in the wrong locker again

Shocked to see such poor reviews at this location. I believe much of the frustration is misplaced. I've had nothing but good experiences at this location and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Everybody there behaves normally except for the supervisor with the huge belly. It is not enough that he is incredibly rude but he is also incredibly stupid.

They have delivered my packages to the next street over with the same apartment number so many times that i've befriended that person because they also deliver her stuff to me. Get it together.
