6I’ve always had a good experience when coming here, the ladies at the customer service desk are very nice and helpful.
The person on the phone got an attitude because I’m inquiring about my package that said delivered but wasn’t. I’m filing a complaint with my congressman.
I am reporting employees of Sharon Hill Post Office. The postal clerk took my yellow card and told me I didn't have a package. UPS delivered my packages and because these losers were closed, I don't know where my packages are!
But maybe if the local news media is alerted of your negligence, service will IMPROVE
My mail has been late by three days, what’s going on Sharon Hill post office has been sending notice of a page delivery it was suppose to be deliver yesterday day stuff happens to day is the 3 day I am still waiting for this package it was not deviered to day eighter after it said outfit delivery for two days straight. Now what maybe Monday. Who no’s now that’s snail mail.
3rd time my packages have just sat at their office for weeks last year they re- delivered twice a packed i mailed priority
