3I will never return to this post office thanks to the rude gentleman at the front window with the thick glasses, comb-over and toxic attitude. You shouldn’t work in public service. You don’t know how to treat people. I hope the postmaster reads this I’d love to speak with her personally.
Outstanding customer service from all employees. Each and every one of them goes above and beyond to share information, pricing options, and services on very transaction. Clerks educated me about online options. They get you in and out quickly with multiple clerks at the windows. They work great as a team helping each other all for the good of better service to customers. Service with a smile from everyone.
Whoever Pete is has HORRIBLE people and customer service skills, very rude! Don’t like your job? Get one where you don’t have to deal with the public
