My brother had told me how helpful the postmaster is, and, how good the carriers were. I moved here a year ago and i agree with his assessment 100%. One of my packages recently was delivered to the wrong address and the postmaster — Ms. Berti — personally retrieved it and brought it to my house. I couldn’t believe it! Talk about customer service! I always get the help I need from this post office and find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Needed to get our passports renewed and they were really quick and helpful with the process.

The Lady was absolutely rude and un professional just because i was unaware i was supposed to bring my own tape! Her attitude towards me was absolutely embarressing and belittling.
