3The main clerk who work there needs some time off because his courtesy and customer service needs some refreshing. What a grump. For anyone else, apparently he doesn't like if you check your phone and text while waiting in line, he will call you out for it. Eventhough, there are no posted rules about cellphone use (except for taking video) in the post office or on file with the USPS (I confirmed with Fort Washington PO). I could see if I was holding up the line with phone use but I had 2 folks ahead of me. Sorry for multi-tasking wile buying a pack of stamps, Mr Clerk.
We consider the Men at this Post Office remote partners in our business. We could not do what we do without them. Just plain old good work Fellas.
The people here are so nice and willing to help. Have been going to this post office my whole life.
