17RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Suppose to open up at 8am I get there at 11-05 & the rudest work said “I just got here & it’s going to take me 20-30 minutes to get myself together! While customers are coming in waiting & leaving. While she complains about her misery like & how she hates her job in front of the customers.
5 minute task turned into 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon cause the agent refused help and yelled at me and talked to other customers about me. I felt uncomfortable, humiliated and disrespected. I will avoid this location. Not worth my energy or peace of mind. I submit a complaint on her to usps and will send a detailed email to the director.
One agent at the counter to service the entire 19130 zip code area (24,000 people) and beyond. Be prepared to spend 30-45 minutes in line. No self-service machine. It was faster to walk to the Suburban Station USPS, where there was thankfully no line.
One of the worst post office by far. The staff is always rude and very inappropriate, always talking about sex, or using profanity. Very crass and barbaric mannerism. I get sometime customers ask redundant questions, but if you don't like working with the public or are overwhelmed at work then quit or take up with your union rep.
ANOTHER POST OFFICE WITH WORKERS THAT LOOKS LIKE THEY HATE THE WORLD I GUESS IS TO HEAVY FOR THEM TO JUST BE CORDIAL. IS TIME FOR AN AUDIT IN ALL THESE POST OFFICE AND BRING IN PEOPLE THAT WANNA WORK AND ARE HAPPY TO WORK…CAUSE THE POST OFFICE ON FRONT ST AND HUNTING PARK SAME VIBE THEY MUST BE ALL RELATED OR SOMETHING AND AT THAT ALL I DID WAS TRY TO CHANGE A MONEY ORDER AND I GUESSS SHE MUST OF THOUGHT THAT I KNEW THEY HAD NO MONEY TO CASH IT.
Rude and inefficient. One of the employees spends her time on the phone while the line builds up.
Horrible service. Was supposed to mail my PSU tickets to a buyer and has not left the post office. Disgusted with this establishment.
This place is absolutely awful. Please do not trust them with time sensitive mail!
Do better!
Came by during business hours 8am to 2pm on a Saturday, not a holiday. The doors were locked and it wasn’t open.
Best post office ever so nice and friendly tellers office very clean and well stocked I past my neighborhood post office to come here I give them 10 stars.
Garbage. Atmosphere is congested and dark, there’s no supplies left out. Absolute disappointment for the area
Rude workers.my first time sending a package and it ended up at my house again in a couple days.don't go here cause the workers don't even wanna be there themselves.
These are trash employees. They refuse to answer the phone, they are surly and rude. I scheduled a deliver for the 26th, they attempted delivery on the 29th with no notice. This post office sucks.
Very friendly and patient when helping me mail my first priority letter even though the store was very busy
Angelique Bines is completely unprofessional, and doesn’t seem to like; or have the patience for her job. She never follows up, and when she does; the issue is not even resolved. This station makes it hard to live in your own neighborhood.
Too bad I can't put zero stars. The worst post office in Philly! Incompetent lazy "worker". Worst life experience today May 1,2023. Let people in to wait for ever and then not service after door closure! This woman should be fired!
The ladies that work here are always friendly, straight-forward, and efficient. Always a pleasant experience for the mundane task of having to mail things.
