United States Postal Service, Hatboro PA

They had a sign up that they’re closed for 20 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes, there was people there waiting for more. When one of the customers there knocked on the door the guy who works there came out and pointed at the “closed for 20 minutes” sign and didn’t care that people have been waiting for 30+ minutes. Very inconsiderate of people’s schedules.

Friendly people at post office they greet you with a smile however, their mail carriers are absolutely awful. They rush delivering mail cause they’re always putting other peoples mail in my box that live on same block or else. I feel they need more training on how ro do their job

The worst postal service I have ever received at this location! So glad to see our taxpaying dollars are Being used and not earned. Supposed to open at 9 AM and had a sign that they would Open at 9: 30. I stood in line and waited for 30 minutes listening to SEVERAL employees talking laughing and doing whatever in the back. At 934 was asked what we needed. UMMM SERVICE! Finally at 942 they opened the doors and no apology and all attitude! Line of people waiting for them to get their act together and start. Sure they were clocked in since before 9 when we arrived.

This office is a joke. My husband went in to address a concern. They were locking the doors at 11am to give the clerk a break! Our mail is not consistently delivered and I know this because we put mail out for pickup and it stays there till we try again the next day. What happened to this office?
