United States Postal Service reviews
17 The other reviewers must be nuts or self-centered. The staff and services at this PO have been the best, especially the lady with the really blue eyes.
Line always moves fast. It’s easy to get to. It Has later hours than other local POs.
Never remodel. I like it just how it is.
USPS location offers passport service and passport service. However, we were surprise to find out they don't have a white backdrop required for a passport photo for an infant.
Unpolite, unprofessional and rude. Front desk, they think they are doing favour by just doing their work? They have zero intentions to help customers. Rudest people I’ve ever seen someone doing their work.
Very rude staff, especially the black lady. She had a very mean tone and pretended like she was doing me a favor. I had a package to ship internationally and she was unable to walk me the process clearly and totally unhelpful in completing forms. Totally competent and unprofessional and definitely needs training or she should consider working elsewhere. Worst usps I have ever visited.
We visited here for passport application and the overall process was really good. I would recommend to book an appointment online for the passport application. Avoid walk-ins. The person who processed our application is knowledgeable. Btw, we took the passport size photo handy to save some time and additional fees.
Very rude staff here (update) still by bar the rudest staff out of any other post office in the area. And if your an employee and your in the back room cursing left and right, at least shut the door so your not clearly heard by the people in line with children.
Came to our "appointment" to be told that we could just get in line behind a bunch of other people for passport service. Exactly what you'd expect from a government agency.
I was in a wheelchair yesterday due to my disability and i was having a bad day.mark and parker were helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me.i am very grateful.
Service desk lady who is doing passport work is extremely rude and arrogant. Looks like not happy with her work at all. Need lessons to be kind and polite. Supervisor needs to take some action here.
As I was filling up form for courier I was able hear multiple conversations. There were two person on service desk, an Asian guy who was very helpful and courteous to all and a black lady extremely rude to all that came in, looks like she do not want to any work. On my turn as expected turn me down and ask me fill some other info (not needed) and then quickly went away for while, since international courier need lot of work. She only turn back to work when when it was all done. Poor guy was doing all the work patiently. It’s funny when some people just want to live on govt support and do not want to do work at all. Some supervisor need to take action.
The front desk worker Parker was rude and u willing to help me wrap my package even though I was struggling with the tape!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They electronically submitted my fingerprints for me and I got the results back saying they weren't good enough. This place is way too far to waste my time coming back, and it should be disclosed if they've had issues with this in the past. I now have to pay again to get this done elsewhere, and they do not offer a $50 refund. Parker was nothing but rude and talked down to me when I voiced my frustration with this service.
Rude employees. I’ve an important delivery and arrived 10 minutes before closure. The staff was rude and closed shutter on my face without giving any info. On a different day I saw they opened shutter an hour late and there was a big queue.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office. Came here to get passports for my 2 daughters, with an appointment for photo and passport and the woman was extremely rude and disrespectful from the get go. We ended up leaving and getting an appointment else where. Appalled and disgusted. Will absolutely never be visiting this location again.
Absolute worst service ever that I have encountered so far. The front desk employee Parker was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional treating customers like she is doing a favor to them. If she does not like her job, she should quit but not show her frustration on customers. We were there recently for passport service waiting in a long line and it was past our appointment time due to the long line. She complains that we are late and sighs and talks to herself that our application may be rejected. I have requested politely to tell us if something was wrong with the application that we filled out and she ignored us. I would give this place negative 10 stars. Stay away from this place. Never going back again. All other customers who were there around that time experienced the same behavior and left frustrated and disappointed. I know usps may not care about reviews but hopefully this helps others who plan to go there.
This happens to be the best post office I have ever visited. They treat you well. Can be long waits but good people.
The ladies that work here were so nice and patient. I missed my appt for another location to send off for my sons passport and came to the Downingtown location hoping and praying they could take me without an appt. I had to wait a little but they made sure I was taken care of.
