United States Postal Service, Norristown PA

I went in to mail a package the week before christmas and it was packed! But both clerks took it in stride- they were awesome, friendly, efficient, and super helpful.

I just went to drop off extra boxes that I ordered, and when I asked the clerk who helped me, she said to put them over by the door. When we were done putting everything inside, EBONY chased my son outside and told him that he needed to bring everything over to the counter because "she was busy" and we couldn't leave them there. Then she got a whole attitude with me because we didn't ask her where to put them. And then she threw boxes at my son, well flipped it at him, and it hit him. And she was screaming at us the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I will NOT be going back to this location.

This is by far the worst establishment i have ever been to.nothing but constant problems.i should not have to call or go to the post office days in a row.they tell you one thing and do another.i wish this place would just go out of business already.don’t even deserve 1 star. 0/5 stars.

I don’t usually review people but this has by far had to be the worst customer experience ever. Not only is JEFF rude and ignorant he name calls his patrons. Extremely rude to the women ahead of him called her names etc.she said she’s reporting him. Then kept telling me the address I was mailing to didn’t exist when it clearly does and I mailed from there before. Said he would mail it anyway. I said for $25.00 your not. Never did help me. I told him I’ll just go to UPS. They never seem to have a problem. That’s why the post office is going under.

The attitude of the service staff is extremely poor. Told me I couldn't mail a delivery that was clearly allowed to be mailed. Not sure what happened to him that he needed to bring his emotions to work.
