The long wait isn’t even as bad as the terrible service, the two ladies at the counter spend more time talking to each other then they do on their actually jobs, place is a joke and constantly closes early

Cannot deliver mail to correct address. Within 2 days, I got two packages for another address that had the same numbers but was 5 minutes away, a package that says it was delivered but wasn’t to my residence, and another package that says the address was unknown when the package has the correct address on. Now I’m being charged for redelivery!

The gentleman that took care of me today, was so kind. Exceptional customer service that man deserves a raise. I believe his name began with a B

If I could give 0 stars, I would.this place is literally everything that is wrong with the postal service.

Edit as of 8/1/23: My opinion now stands stronger. This place deserves a negative number of stars. 0 stars is now technically too generous for this postal "service" (I use the word "service" very loosely because dealing with them is more of an inconvenience than a service). Disgusting.

As far as the actual post office goes, I prefer to go to this post office than my sinking Spring post office. They’re always very friendly and the line moves pretty quickly. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

I've complained multiple times about ym carrier leaving the lid to my toploading mailbox open after delivering. There is no roof or overhang covering my mailbox, so when it rains it rains directly on my mail. Had to get a ta refund check replaced because it was waterlogged and useless. Guess how convenient that was.

Today my carrier forged my signature on a $2,000 package that required my signature for delivery. Apparently they couldn't be bothered to fill out the yellow "sorry we missed you" card which si what I was expecting. Tracking claims that it was "left with an individual at address. " I live in an apartment building, they're not supposed to leave packages with anyone but the person whose name is on the package when a signature (which costs extra) is required. And the person who allegedly signed for it was me. Except I was at work all day and clearly did not sign for the package. How is this acceptable? Tried calling but as usual no one ever answers the phone.

Update: Seems like every new USPS driver is lazier than the last. I had a package I needed to sign for today, that I PAYED EXTRA for, for faster shipping… and I waited, and waited… only to get an update that there was “no authorized recipient available”. I was very much home. NO ONE came to my door! The USPS driver didn’t even come UP our driveway and into our parking lot… or anywhere NEAR our house (I have VERY specific delivery instructions). The last driver wouldn’t come up and across the parking lot to give us our stuff “unless I payed him”. Looks like I’m getting missed delivery slips until we finally move away from this awful post office. Terrible terrible terrible. Not to mention the times I’ve had to go in and get my packages (after the driver makes the decision to skip our house), the clerks take forever just chatting it up with whoever will converse with them. When there’s 2-3 people in line it shouldn’t take 30 minutes when they are simply buying stamps or picking up a package. I pay for shipping to avoid going in here because I have 2 babies and like to avoid germs as much as I can.

Also… was unsure if I should put this or not but it needs to be said and USPS customer service is nonexistent. My husband and I have both witnessed the blonde clerk speaking to POC in a horrible manner. Absolutely sickening. I brought it up to my husband and he immediately shared an experience where he had witnessed her doing the same thing to a middle aged black man. Please do better.

The USPS driver won't drive up my driveway to deliver my packages without me paying him lol? I already pay for shipping (its connected to a parking lot lol) So I have to figure out a way to get there before 5 when my husband doesn't get home until 430 and I am home with a newborn and 1 year old. Thanks! The old USPS driver delivered all of our stuff so yeah, I don't get it.
