United States Postal Service reviews
5I went in to get my passport and the staff was great! It was fun and I learned a few things through the process.
We’ve lived in northeast for just over a year and have had nothing but issues with our mailman. He pick and chooses what days he feels like delivering Mail and on the days he doesn’t feel like stopping (we have informed delivery) we never once get a yellow slip in the mail. In the last 14 months we’ve had to go to the post office 10 times to get our Mail, reported our mailman on the usps website multiple times and the manager does nothing to help resolve the issue. I have to go in yet again today because apparently four days ago there was an “attempted delivery” for a fricken envelope. I wish it was possible to have a HarborCreek mailman come to our house because they are fantastic. Don’t move to north east if you want to actually receive Mail. Attached picture is how much mail was “attempted” to be delivered last time we went in.
Not a big fan, I would typically keep my negative opinions to myself but its not just me, it's all my neighbors too. We moved to the new townhomes on the old college campus a few months ago and we have a community mailbox. There is an access road that passes every one of our front doors, yet, if the mailperson cannot fit something into our tiny mailbox, they will not even attempt to deliver it to our doors, they just leave it at the post office and tell us to come get it. I don't have a car, and work 9-5, so this is a huge inconvenience to me. This is the reason I order larger items to be delivered. Amazon, UPS, grub hub, uber eats - every other delivery service has managed to figure it out but the ones who get paid the most are too lazy to walk up to a door? They're very rude. If I could give zero stars, I would.
So unreliable. They returned my dresser because “it didn’t fit in the mailbox. ” How are we paying these people? I’m disabled which is why I order through the mail. Picking my stuff up from the post office because the delivery driver can’t be bothered, is not an option for me. It’s 2023 and they’re not capable of delivering packages larger than an envelope? They don’t even attempt to deliver. Lazy
