3Awful. Said my address was not accessable when I have two driveways that are clear. Driver was too lazy to deliver, my mail was delivered in my mailbox but couldn't drop off my package.
Despite all the ridiculous negative reviews. I have been very pleased with the OC Post Office. They have always been helpful and friendly. People tend to forget these employees do not have a crystal ball! The information they receive at times is limited. They will help you the best they can. But leave the attitude at the door. I have witnessed a few very rude customers! Yes things go wrong but being rude and sarcastic is not the answer. Be nice and have patience!
Everytime i come here they are closed way earlier than they are supposed to be.they arent supposed to close until 5 oclock and when i went down at 4: 00 and 4: 30 everything was shut down and locked
