Letting me know that a part doesn’t affect inspection but I really should get a new one of these put in. I like that a lot, some places won’t state it like that. I just had an overall great experience!

You only get once chance to make a good first impression. United “nailed” it. It was a simple state inspection, oil/filter change and tire rotation… but they were fast, did a great job, great communication and were $100 less expensive than Kennedy Ford.
Thanks to the guys who worked on my truck and the guys at the counter … I have 2 other cars that have now found a new place for service!

I was able to order the tires I wanted. I was treated politely and had everything explained to me. Everyone I dealt with was great!

Got a quote of $60 per tire to mount and balance a set of tires. I know inflation is bad, but not this bad. This is just a rip off. And not a little tip off, a huge rip off. Independent tire shops in the area charge $20-25 per tire. I went to the dealership with brand new top of the line balancing equipment and white gloves and had them mounted for $32 each. That includes everything, disposal, new stems and wheel weights. That was expensive, and still almost half the price of this place. No thanks.

I am typically pleased with me experience with United Tires. I feel like they are honest about what needs to be repaired and what can wait. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t call me prior to my appointment to let me know they couldn’t service my car due to mechanical issues with specific machines. I left work early to get there before they closed and they could have called me to let me know I had to reschedule.

I stopped in unannounced to get some new wiper blades. They took care of it without any problem and had me on my way in just a few minutes. I've always been taken care of here, quickly, and pleasantly.

As always these guys were great. They even fixed my window washer low signal that has been dinging and driving me crazy for years.

First class customer service. I had an emergency tire repair issue 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close on a Saturday afternoon. They took me in and even stayed 15 minutes after closing time to finish the job. You will rarely find that kind of customer service today.
