I've been here a few times and they're always have friendly and quick service. Most recently, I thought I need a new tire but they fixed it for a very reasonable price. We'll be back

We've trusted this place for 7 years for fair and honest inspections and repairs. Bill is the greatest, the way he answers the phone so consistently makes it feel like it's an answering machine, but no, it's just him providing the best service possible!

They did not try to oversell on getting a new tire or upsell anything. They were straight forward and said they could fix the tire. United Tires were honest and straight forward. I am glad I got a second opinion because I saved 400 doll hairs. They were polite. I had a past experience with a tire that was less damaged and went to Tire Etc.and they told me I needed a new tire and there was no repair and then they gave me a bill for 4 new tires and I said no because I just need 1 and they tried like a car salesman to sell me on all 4 and it truly was not in my budget. They could have fixed the tire and did not have to replace it. I have worked on tires before multiple times and new what I was looking at I just did not have the tools. United Tires are great people, they are honest and they truly do not sell anything. They teach you and inform you what they are doing and they ask you if it is ok to move forward. They are clear and communicate professionally and make you feel at home. Legit no up selling and I felt like I was in the best hands for this situation. I will refer everyone to them for here on out. Phenomenal management and great workers. Everyone is professional and well spoken and polite. This goes a long way. You never know what anyone is going through. Thank you United Tires.

Only had routine maintenance, but the service was timely and everyone was very professional. Waiting area is very clean and bright. I asked for my brakes to be checked because the dealer’s service told me one year ago that they needed changing. United was very honest and said that the brakes were absolutely fine. I really appreciate their honesty versus the dishonest dealer’s service.
