15They are all exceptional at this location, My dentist and technician are truly miracle workers, to the extent that it's bringing me to tears just seeing the progress.can't wait to see the finished product. Truly all that they claim to be and then some
Great staff here! Everyone is so polite and helpful. Especially Beverly she went above and beyond to make me comfortable as a new patient.
The work they did to my mouth was awesome I am a happy and satisfied patient. The assistant Beverly was wonderful and very quick and knowledgeable. The whole team here was professional and very patient.
I got a crown done here recently, prices are great. The temporary doctor was excellent she was very informative and attentive. The front desk was very kind.

My recent experience with Universal Dentistry North Wales could not have worked out better.
I remember a couple of years ago that I had an office visit there but did not get the work done there since they do not work with insurance companies which is how they are able to provide their services for much less than dental practices that do and at the time I did not have enough to cover the expense and by that point in the year, my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) from work had already been used.
This January, since my FSA had been replenished and the dentist I had been going to for the past few years left the practice without contact, I had a dental issue I needed to get corrected so I made an appointment to come to Universal Dentistry a couple of weeks ago for an exam. Every scenario is unique. I was missing a couple of teeth on my top left so the plan was a 4-crown bridge. After the impressions were made and it was time to wait for the finished product, I was nervous of what the result would look and feel like.
The bridge arrived earlier than expected and was a perfect fit and the crowns looked incredibly natural. I am happy that I chose Universal Dentistry North Wales not only for what I had saved on cost but also for my satisfaction of the job done.
Outstanding experience overall. The staff are truly professionals and treat customers like family. I highly recommend this location.
Detail and organized staff, thank you universal dentistry!

I had teeth pulled and parcels made and it was the worst experience ever.
No one knows what they're doing and Don't prescribe
Pain meds. I called for pain medication and I could hear the girl laughing as was walking to the doctor.
This place is a joke
Professional, clean and informative. Will return and recommend to friends. Assistant Siani was fantastic!
The k-mart of dentistry, that needs a class action lawsuit before they go out of business!
The Doctor and staff was amazing,
The location is very good, I was treated with a lots of care and respect, for me the best place that I being in years.
I called about 15 dentists prior to this one so let me start off by saying I was beyond frustrated. Amy answered the phone. I can not say enough amazing things about her and the amount of compassion she has.simply can't be taught. She was so easy to talk to. I explained my situation to her and she got me in the next day and more importantly. She gave me so much hope. She was the ONLY one out of every one I called that took the time to listen and gave helpful feedback. I felt safe. I am 33 years old and making a career change and for every person who answered the phone at other dentists offices. Are the exact reason I am going into this field. She is just a spitting image of what I set out to be. Also.stephanie was the best. I felt right at home with them two. The dentists and hytenists knew how worried I was about my teeth and tried to be very understanding. They were extremely compassionate. I struggle with my teeth on a daily basis. I cant drink, eat or even brush my teeth with anything but Luke warm temps overall I'm just super grateful to them!
I do NOT recommend this dentist. For many reasons.
First, when I told them which Dental Insurance I had they said that although they are not "in network, " they would give me the forms to submit to my Insurance for reimbursement at 50%. That was NOT true at all. They knew exactly how to lure the customer in with falsehoods. They had my info, which apparently clearly states that I do NOT have "out of network" benefits, and yet they insisted that I would be reimbursed. So I agreed to the service and signed. The consult was great. Everyone was nice, pleasant engaging and focused. That was before they got my money.
My first appointment was with an elderly dentist. Although he was kind, he was not organized or very steady with his movements. I have NEVER felt bone crunching pain with Novacaine, ever. His delivery was not careful or cautious. The staff was not supportive. No suction, no clean up, no offer to rinse or clean. I had to do all of my cleanup of blood and whatever onto the bib.
Throughout all of the consecutive visits the staff was not focused on the patient at all. They were chatting, gossiping, joking etc, with each other and rarely with the patient.
Ten days after I had the temporary bridge placed, which was not a good fit at all, I travelled out of town. The bridge cracked and broke while eating Polenta with mushrooms! I had to have a local dentist fix their shoddy work. They said because it was out of town they would not reimburse me. Side note: the out of town dentist did a phenomenal, high quality job. His temporary lasted for 4 weeks and fit very well!
For my final visit there was more of the confuseion between the dentist and his assistants, talking about other cases while working on me, bringing the wrong items that were requested, etc. And I told them that my Insurance denied me, and they told me that that was impossible. It would be covered at 50% I told them the coverage again and they still instisted they were correct. My insurance, as indicated in the code on the card, does NOT cover 'out of network" at all. I should have checked of course, but they were so positive and reassuring that it was covered.at 50%, and I figured that they would know that since they do this every day.
To me, that was not very honest and up front.
Now, I have the fixed bridge in place. I worry that it's not going to last very long. I do NOT recommend this practice at all.
