I really like the dentist, receptionists, and hygienists. I am disappointed with the person who does partials and dentures. He obviously make an error while making my partial but, rather than fix it, he sent me out the door looking pitiful. I took pictures of it and wish I could post them here. A very expensive awful!

I was in today and they were fairly busy. The one nurse was amazing. Her name was Ali. She was moving between room to room because of short staff. Absolutely amazing ppl skills. Deserves to be noticed. I will be back because of her.

I've gone to University Dental for a number of years now and I have always had a good experience. They have fair pricing if you don't have dental insurance. I highly recommend.

Understaffed. Tough to get appointments. They don’t keep up with their reminders or calls back when it comes to insurance verification.

I've always had good experiences here: cleanings, cavity fillings, root canal referral, and crown work.

In short, this place lacks professionalism. I booked my appointment months in advance. I go to my appointment after confirming it a week prior and they told me that they cancelled my appointment due to me not confirming. I had to show the text that I actually confirmed before they decided they were still going to see me for the appointment. I had to wait since they decided they weren’t expecting me. The dental hygienist staff is not the best. In past experiences the dental hygienist was very rough and not gentle. She has left the practice now so this time I tried a new dental hygienist. She was gentle and friendly, however, the entire time she was listening to and watching Grey’s Anatomy during my cleaning. As she was using the sharp tool to scrape off plaque she would look up to watch the tv show. I was thankful I didn’t get stabbed, but it made me anxious the entire time. Then I hear someone say urgently to call 911 because something happened with another patient. I was not sure what happened. While I waited for the dentist to see me because there was an emergency, I was forced to watch the show and saw a surgery happening on the show which made me really nauseous. After leaving that appointment I’ve decided to find another dentist.

First time visit for my daughter.it is alittle bit of a drive but was well worth the trip.wonderful friendly and helpful staff.made us feel welcome.

My family and I have been going her for years. I always have a kind and gentle dental hygienist. I am always impressed with how they interact with my three kids and clean their teeth. I find everyone there to be kind, compassionate and respectful and good with kids. I am thankful to go to this dentist office.
