Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Bensalem PA

I wish I could give zero stars. The place was empty when I got here, waited 10 minutes. No one even came to get a drink order. Left after 10 minutes and explained that no one even came to get our drink order after 10 minutes and the 3 hosts laughed openly as I walked away. AWEFUL SERVICE!

Nice outside seating area. If you go later in the evening, it's not very busy. Food is delicious!

Pizza wax DELICIOUS! I am definitely not what you'd consider a "pizza person" but I gta say with the exception of the crust (not gna lie, wish it was more like Pizza Hut's crust) I was a HUGE fan.

My daughter ordered the kids Spaghetti & Meatball and she was NOT happy with her choice at all. It looked and tasted very watered down. She DID however taste my personal Pizza and LOVED it making that hee new dinner selection.

The absolute BEST part of the meal though was easily the warm, soft & satisfying deep dish chocolate chip cookie sundae! It is worth the trip there simply for that dessert!

The appetizers and salad was very good but the chicken parmesan sandwich was way over cooked and dry. The service was very good

Never disappointed here. Wish I could remember names better Id definately give some shoutouts let's just say shrimp and crab dip with the garlic bread I highly recommend it

Superb ambience and super personal service. The meals were fresh and yummy. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Fair prices and big portions. Great job.

Love this place. The fire was warm bartenders and waitress are always happy and efficient. Food is sooo good

I dont have an UNO anywhere near where I live but they sell frozen foods in the grocery store and the steak & cheese is amazing even out of the microwave

Last night was my second visit at this location. My significant other and I were starving after an evening full of shoppong/lots of running around, it was after ten and most local restaurants were closed/closing shortly but UNO was open/is open until 1am! Not only were they available for us at such a late time, the service and food was excellent! The atmosphere was also great. We sat in the bar area at a table with great (comfortable) chairs next to a fire place, it was nice. We were both pleased as he was able to watch the game and I was able to sit very comfortably! I certainly recommend them. Esp. If your ever in need of a good 'late night' meal out!

Chi-Town Pizza is Great Especially the Deep Dish! To be honest with you Chicago Style Pizza is the only Good thing out there Because there Woman are all Animals. Lol.

First of all, I love Chicago Uno. The service here was amazing and the bill was super reasonable. But they go above and beyond here. I forgot a valuable personal item. When I called the store, the Manager Eric handled it personally and ensured that it would be mailed to me. When I followed up, he took the phone call patiently and was amazing. Can't say enough about this place. Amazed.

We loved this Uno's for being a non- Chicago Uno's. Being transplants to the East Coast, we miss Chicago pizza. Service and pizza was great but we really loved the Manager, Mike or Michael. He is what makes customers come back. Mike is every company's dream manager, whether it be in the restaurant industry or not. Thank you for the conversation and we hope to see you again.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but no more than any other place at the same time so I wouldn't say it's bc of the establishment. Food and drinks are good and reasonably priced. The flatbread pizzas are great, especially the mushroom cheddar.

Will never visit this location again. Server spilled a drink in my lap then had to be asked for napkins several times until someone else brought the napkins over. Manager was never found when requested. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Just terrible.

I really think this should be 3 stars for some of the food but the service is wonderful. They were interactive with my daughter and patient waiting for her to create her pizza.
The wedge salad was perfect but their pastas are bland.
Stick with the pizza here.

Very good place for a good but not too expensive meal. Food is always delicious whether you choose pizza, wings, salad, or full meal. Service is always friendly and prompt.

It was our first time in Uno's, my son works there and our server was one of my son's friend! She was a sweet heart. Also my son introduced us to one of the managers and he was so very friendly and took very good care of us. We will be returning very soon. We really enjoyed our the food and the atompher.

I had a great experience. I was just getting take out but the take-out/host guy Dan was wonderful. He asked me if I wanted a menu with pictures to see what the food looked like. He asked me what I was in the mood for and what his favorites were. Now he’s someone that’s good at his job. I will definitely go back. I hope everyone there is as nice as he was. I even liked what he recommended and it wasn’t even what I went in for. Can’t wait to try some more.

We go here for lunch. It's quick, the food is hearty and tasty, cost is reasonable, and there is great patio seating in the warm months.
