Not having an appointment in a while. It’s a shame dr. Knudson had been my family doctor my whole life as well as my children and I was so upset with the way I was treated that I am now finding another drs office that will treat their patients with respect!
Front desk is very rude and doesn’t have respect for patients. I’ve been going there since i was a baby and now being an adult and going through a long process with rude front desk employees that i think don’t understand where a patient is coming from is so sad.i feel as though nothing gets done i have been waiting 2 hours just for a simple answer and nothing has been done.then when you try to call the nurse you sit there for 4 minutes waiting and then get sent to a voicemail is so upsetting.i will tell you the rude responses and attitude from the front desk makes me want to change my primary care doctor.what a shame
I have been going to this facility for years. Love my physician, Dr Conway, always very helpful, answers all my questions. Staff is very friendly.
