I would give this place a great review except for the lady behind the front office desk she doesn’t belong working in a pediatric environment completely unprofessional older office lady completely ridiculous attitude.

Wish I could give no stars called to set up an appointment for my daughter who is 3 call was time stamped at 11: 32am lady answered the phone ask to hold waited 16: 37sec no answer back hung up called back and they told me the receptionist when to lunch utterly disappointed in the customer service called a third time and got picked up by "the answering department" and told me to call back after their lunch sad to see how people are being treated and the hoops we as parents have to jump through just to get an appointment made for our kids there I a war going on and instead of worrieng about getting our self ready for it I have to jump through these hoops and waste time

We took our baby girl here for a congestion/breathing issue. The nurse practioner saw her and she was very nice and explained everything to my bf (this is his first baby, my 6th lol) so he wouldn't be worried. The only issue I have is, they seem to turn their nose up when you refuse vaccines. That's a parents choice and to decide at their discretion. Also, if you don't vaccinate, DO NOT sign refusal forms. That just means they have grounds to send CYS after you if they feel like it. Know your rights, parents! Blessings to all.

They are trying to push a vaccine on a child rather than care for her well being.truly disturbing and shameful everyone who works there should have their license pulled

Today I took my son there for yearly check up and fly shot. My son has Down Syndrome and very complex heart defects and health issues. We saw a PA, Melissa today and she was excellent! She was so kind knowledgeable and thorough. She was very compassionate and addressed all of my concerns and questions with kindness and knowledgeable thorough explanations I have dealt with many health care professionals both personally and professionally as I have been an RN for 25 years, and all of the the staff at CCP are top notch. I highly recommend this practice.
