A lot better than 2 Jennifer court. Talking to someone on the phone could get a little more helpful, as I am a first time mom. But the employees seem to be nice for as long as I have been going

Friendly enough staff; scheduling is atrocious.
They called a few days before my appt to let me know my provider would be unavailable and they'd have to reschedule. That provider (Dr. Heller—she's great when you can get her!) didn't have any availability for three months! (So let me get this straight: this appt is canceled due to no fault of mine, but I can't reschedule and see my doctor for three months? !) I agreed to have my appt in a few weeks with a PA instead.
For a follow-up appt, they called three hours before my appt to let me know one of the two services (let's call them A and B) I'd planned for wouldn't be available because the staffer wasn't in today. I let them know that was alright 'cause I'd likely visit another practice for service B, but was still planning to come in for service A. She said ok. I got a call *ten minutes* before I was supposed to arrive (yes, we were already in the car) letting me know that since I wasn't going to be doing service B with them, that they wouldn't do service A either. I asked if I could still come in and speak with the PA (again, she's nice, but nobody else was available) about results from that first appt I'd had, but my appt had already been canceled, so they'd have to reschedule.
Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business and health elsewhere in the future. Ain't nobody got time for that.

This was my first time ever coming here and i had a great visit! Dr. Heller was super kind and had great bedside manners. Debbie who checked me in at the front desk was wonderful! Honestly, all of the staff members i talked to were very nice and i highly recommend coming here!

My routine appointment was at 2: 00pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and finally checking in at by schedule time (2 people in front of me took forever to process). I was sent to the exam room, got blood pressure and pulse checked. I was in the exam room until 3: 15 by myself (I fell asleep). I dressed and went to check out - no one there. I wondered the hallway and found no one to help me. I went to the check-in and told the person I was in a room by myself for an hour. She went to find the manager. I left at 3: 30 pm. No exam, no doctor.shame on you!

This office has kind staff members, but they are not all on the same page. I was given contradicting medical advice from several nurses and doctors. A lab tech who is unaffiliated with the practice finally pointed me in the right direction after I was advised to (and almost did) get a shot dangerously too soon.

Additionally, if you do choose to see these providers, please go with a list of pre-researched questions for your specific weekly appointment. Unless you ask specific questions, no one shares more than your height and weight.

This being my first pregnancy, I cannot ask the questions that I don’t even know to ask, and I left disappointed after each appointment. I was blindly handed scripts without details of why or what or any instruction.

I am always one to advocate for myself, but we were consistently the last ones in the office because they were running behind schedule. We would still be in a patient room, and the building lights would be off and the nurses stations locked and closed. It is disappointing to feel like you are constantly pushed out the door when you’re simply trying to get the information you need to have a healthy first pregnancy.

Very condescending and made me feel belittled. It was my first appt and after years of trying to find some answers for my exhausting physical symptoms, I finally went to an OB vs my PCP/other specialists for help. I explained my history and was told I don’t have a diagnosis given by another dr because I didn’t have a confirmed diagnostic study, then was told that diagnostic study wasn’t worth doing. I discussed how my previous doctors kept telling me it was “stress” and I wanted to discuss possible testing vs having prescriptions thrown at me to treat the symptoms. I was told to wait 6 months and come back to discuss the very chronic issue I was there to discuss that day. The PA also told me I could “see another provider and talk to the surgeon” on my return visit if the symptoms persist.

Then when I stopped talking, the provider got on eye level and stated “there, there don’t you feel better? Don’t you feel like someone finally listened to you? ” Needless to say, I cried for the first time in a long time because of her tone and dismissal of me. Sad thing is, I’m also a medical professional, unknown to Suzanne, and I hope I never make patients feel the way she easily dismissed my symptoms, knowledge, request for education, and sanity. If I can’t self advocate for help then the medical system is truly broken. I know understand why some people go to the ER vs using their outpatient services appropriately.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a 2nd opinion about my pregnancy and the receptionist and office manager “of 21 years” were EXTREMELY RUDE. I would not recommend this practice at all because there is 0 empathy toward anxious pregnant women!

TERRIBLE, I recommend finding somewhere else. Somewhere were they actually care about you and not just there for a paycheck. You think they would actually care about you and try to help you. Extremely rude people there.

Sorry to hear that some potential patients had a bad experience, and they have a right to express their feelings.

However, my experiences there has always been the same.great! I have had Dr. Robert Bucher, Jr.for the past 24 years and he saved my life when I had to have surgery. I am thankful for him and his staff. They have always treated me with respect, and I know they are very caring and compassionate people. For these reasons, I give them a 5 star review.

My husband and I are grateful for good doctors like Dr. Bucher. For them, it's patients first.
