UPMC Lab Services at UPMC Northwest, Seneca PA

The dr made us wait in the room for 2 and a half hours after waiting an hour and a half dr.black was sitting at the front with the nurses drinking coffee my wife has never gone past 5 in the pain scale until tonight she was at a ten he looked in both of her ears for 2 seconds said their is nothing leaves the room and makes us wait another for our paper work to leave my wife is on a lot of pain and they did nothing didnt give her anything she has to work at 8 am didnt even give her an excuse for work wen we both asked for one this hospital is a money hospital the doctor's at this place is their for a pay check not the people if I find out a way to push charges im

I see why this place gets one star. The entire hospital staff get a 0. They are people who are just their for a paycheck.

My husband and I just had our first baby delivered by Dr. Wright, Hannah and the rest of the staff on Thursday 7/15. To say that every single person we came into contact with went above and beyond would be an understatement. We drove a little over an hour to have our baby here due to where my obgyn is located and I plan on making that drive for any future children I might have. The ladies (and 3 gentlemen I encountered) were amazing. Any question i had, they comforted me and answered them with above and beyond knowledge. I can't express how thankful I am for all of them for giving me such an amazing experience for my first baby. Baby Conor, Dillon and I are very very thankful for all of you and all of your hard work.

They have been all over my pregnancy issues, never once have I had a bad experience here.

I would give this hospital zero stars if I could. I was seen multiple times for an illness. Was treated like a junkie and they couldn’t “find” what was wrong with me. Sent me home. “Nothing is wrong with you”. Well, I got sick of it and went to a Hospital in Sewickley. Worth the drive. They saved my life. Within several hours of being there I was taken for emergency surgery. I would rather drive than let these incompetent employees care for me or my family. I’m lucky to be alive.

The doctors and nurses were excellent with my nephew in the er and on the 3rd floor. The security officers were fantastic They really jumped into action when they had to. I would recommend any one to trust their kids. In staffs hands.
