Wish I could give zero stars. Communication with this office is atrocious. Maybe they don’t realize they’re responsible for people’s health and it’s important for their patients to know what’s going on. The people in the office just need to be replaced because I’ve been with UPMC for a long time and have never had any issues like I do with this office. Maybe time to finally switch to AHN
