5I switched to this provider after finding out I was pregnant with my first child. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxieties throughout my pregnancy. I did have a few scheduling issues and long wait times. But I experienced that at my previous provider as well as it’s a doctors office. The nurses line is prompt at responding to calls and knowledgeable when you talk with them. I will be staying with them for regular visits and any future pregnancies. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to switch from one of the “big name” providers in Lancaster.

Terrible service all around to waiting on the phone to connect to the reception for a long period of time to the doctor not being compassionate and assertive with the concerns I had.
