Front blocked by delivery vehicles (Cintas, etc.) No handicap parking spots. The only handicap parking is planet fitness.

I wish I would have read these reviews b4 coming here. My experience was that I just wanted a refill on my meds. Dominick Defrancis demeanor was so offsetting that I actually asked him if he wanted me to leave. I don't work in the health field, but live the rule to treat others as you would want to be treated. It took awhile, but he did put a refill on my meds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Been going here since I was about 15 for my pcp. I have stayed here as an adult just out of habit and familiarity but will change soon. Trying to get ahold of the clinical staff via phone call is a nightmare. You can call multiple times and get no answer. Leave a message and they'll call you back a week or two later, which is not helpful. The fact that you can't get a simple question answered in a timely manner is ridiculous. Or they will just not update you on anything even if they are working behind the scenes. To top it off, most of the nurses and receptionists are not nice at all. This is coming from someone who works in the hospital and prehospital (ems) so I know how challenging the job can be but that doesn't mean you have to be rude to patients. They talk to you like youre dumb. I work in healthcare so please dont patronize me. Dr. Wang has been fine for me, with minimal medical history, but I can tell that she is always busy. If you want a medical staff who cares and answers questions promptly, I would do some more research before coming here. My mother, who also went here for Primary care, switched to another practice and the difference has been night and day. I will be doing the same.

I liked the Doctors at this UPMC because they create a healthy pace for their patience and good at listening to your needs.

Went for my first prenatal appointment for my first pregnancy. Saw Dr.chory and I am so so disappointed with how they handled things. Refused to give me a simple referral even though I was told I’d be high risk if I got pregnant. Didn’t even put down what my health issues were correctly. I have diaphragmatic hernia and she put that I had something else. No sonogram. Tried telling me I was 7 weeks pregnant when they had a sonogram saying I was 7 weeks THREE WEEKS AGO! I left that office thinking I had a miscarriage because they couldn’t hear a heartbeat and tried telling me sometimes you don’t show signs of a miscarriage. I am so disappointed in this practice and the people I saw. Never again will I return to this place. And for the OBGYN who said I don’t need to be seen by specialist. I am now being seen by the department of fetal medicine no thanks to you.

I started off having Dr. Rosenburg who was very nice at first then he started continuinally canceling my appointment the same morning that I was scheduled (they want at least a 24 hours notice if you do). I switched to Dr. Minnock she was nice at first as well then she started getting a attitude because I didn’t want to go birth control. The office is horrible to deal with. They won’t return phone calls, don’t want you to make a appointment-tell you if it’s bad enough go to the ER, speak to their nurse (who don’t answer the phone) & just aren’t nice to deal with. Its as if they have something against me when I did NOTHING but be nice to everyone. They need some serious changes as they will lose patients & close up if they treat everyone like that.

Never answers their phone.been trying to get ahold of someone for a week and no one has answered.
