UPMC Outpatient Center at Sterling Square

The facility here has always been impeccably clean and the staff always professional and knowledgeable. ~ So on a lighter note ~ There are a number of plants in the foyer that need a serious drink of water!

I called 4 times on the same day each time they were to busy and told me to call back

Wheelchair accesible, 2 ramps in front 1 in rear, automatic push button openers, man trap style doors, Wi-Fi, snack vending machines (soda vending has 2 diet Dr. Pepper & 1 Diet Pepsi button.) clean and sanitary. Masks are still required at appointments. Been coming here since my doctor moved over here from downtown 333 state street, many years ago

Very pleasant employees to deal with. I am here fairly often for assorted X-Rays, M. R. I. 's, C. T. Scans, and have never had to deal with a bad situation personally.
That being said, everyone has a bad day once in awhile, but I have been fortunate enough that none of the employees here have directed anything towards me.
The worst that has ever happened was being cut off while on hold during a phone call looking for information. That can happen anywhere.
Overall, a very nice place to get your image testing done, and more convenient than going to UPMC Hamot at the foot of State street, although I like the M. R. I. MACHINE here better, short tube and much faster/less tube time!

Tuesday I went at 10: 30am
Parking lot full no where to park. Wednesday I went at 4: 15pm and they were not accepting anymore X-ray. I'll try again tomorrow. Much needed x-rays

No lockers for personal belongings - only a curtain for privacy and apparently they have no cameras as well.

The lady checking people in, was extremely rude and snarky. I understand if you are under staffed and stressed out, but if you do not like working with people, find a different career. We are coming here for help with imaging, not to be treated like an inconvenience.
