I would give them zero stars if I could. When I was pregnant they treated me completely horrible the whole time, dr parsons looked me up and down and told me I need to snack on apples and not cake basically calling me fat. I was a patient for over a year and treated terribly even by the front desk specifically Michelle, she always would be very rude to me and even hang up the phone a lot. Now they were supposed to test me for infections as I’ve had issues and they lied to me and said I was negative for everything and they only gave me an std test not what I went there for. Now I’m being treated for an infection from keystone and highly recommend going there and not this awful place.

I had my son in October of 2019. Each time I had a pleasant experience. All the nurses and Dr.at this office are professional. However my first visit for my second baby. I was told the nurse was in a meeting, and that she would call me for my lab slips. No one else at the office could get them for me? I had to wait for them in the mail. I waited almost 2 weeks because I couldn’t get off work to pick them up. I finally got my blood work done, and I’ve seen the results on the portal. I called in Today Monday January 4,2020. To schedule my first actual appointment. The nurse had off today. Your telling me there is no one in that office can schedule me? I’m 16 weeks, and still haven’t had an ultrasound, or even heard my babies heart beat. As a former Medical Assistant I find this ridiculous! Why is this all put on the nurse?

Have canceled my appointment for a year now. Every time they cancel is “due to covid” and can’t get me back in for at least 2 months. My appointment was for this Monday and they canceled YET AGAIN with no idea when they would be able to reschedule me. Covid isn’t a constant excuse!

Worst OB ever. Professional, but at the same they took my preeclampsia as a joke. Never took it seriously. The very first appointment when I switched out of this OB I was taken to Magee hospital for an emergency C-section.

I started going here right before my first pregnancy and they are wonderful. Every doctor and nurse I have seen has been kind and so very helpful.

Dr. Cardona saved my baby and my life by making a wise decision for us by performing emergency C-section. Dr. Nelson is very thoughtful and always giving me good advice at checkups. I was very lucky to have my first child from this clinic.

Not recommended at all.very unprofessional, very rude and just couldn't be more careless about you. Don't expect to be seen any sooner than 2 to 3 weeks when you call to schedule an appointment no matter what you health concerns are.don't expect any follow up calls after labs and ultrasounds no matter how concerning the results would be. Got my ultrasound done and the results were very concerning but Dr. Nelson just could't careless even after I called multiple times and sent emails, the nurse said she'll ask and get back to us twice but never did. The doctor could't answer simple questions we asked that you would expect any OBGYN to know without looking up the answer on her small laptop. If you care about yourself and you baby please find another doctor who knows what they're doing. The staff is very rude and act like they're doing you favors. They care more about the money and you are just a number to them.will not go back there ever again.

As a patient and medical professional (RN), I cannot recommend Dr. Cardona. I had an IUD placed over a year ago at another clinic and could no longer feel the strings. After examination, Dr. Cardona informed me that he might have seen the IUD and that if it was there it was probably working. After a long pause, I asked if an ultrasound would be wise to verify that it was indeed there and properly in place. After pressing, I was told that I must schedule an ultrasound at the hospital. I later found out that the cost to me would be $1,500 out of pocket with insurance. I also found out that the clinic has an ultrasound machine in-house but it is used "only to check for viability" and clients are referred to the hospital for any other reason. After the exam, I remembered to ask the doctor for recommendations on how to deal with a lasting diastasis recti. He recommended crunches (an exercise that is well known to make the problem worse) and said he could give me the number to a surgeon (prompting an invasive procedure without any examination of my separation, which is minimal). Rather than pay $1,500 I went to a clinic in Utah while on vacation. The staff used an in-house ultrasound machine to locate the IUD at no cost to me as I would expect at any clinic.

Dont expect quick: Had an appointment, got there 10 mins before we were suppose to and waited 45 mins in the waiting room then another hour for the doctor, what the heck people have stuff to do not wait almost 2 hours for an already set up appointment! #Annoyed

We dealt with Dr Cardona personally and we always had a positive experience. He seen us for every pre-natal check and he was there for the delivery of our son.
