Dr. Kevin Lee is the best! He has listened to every issue I've had since day one and continues to do so. He is very easy to get in contact with, extremely knowledagle, and super easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him!

The way they are treating depression is not good. They charge you so much just for talking to the doctor for a hour, and those talk aren’t even beneficial

It is a very good place to go Drs medical staff when your nervous it helps to have a great place to go to. Thank you always, just bummed I had to go somewhere else because of bussing ️

It's a nice doctors office but depending on the doctor determines the service you will get.u have to be pushy and not let them be dismissive to get the what you need etc.but Dr Jessica Goddard is a excellent Dr

Dr. Hawkes is an amazing doctor! Of all my experiences with doctors he is by far the most caring experienced professional doctor! He actually cares about his patients! He always takes the time to listen and ask questions so he can figure out the best treatments possible. He goes above and beyond! I’m so happy to have a doctor who cares and the main reason I continue to come to shadyside family medical!

Dr.sobecki, Dr Goddard, Dr Richards, the MAT program, social workers have all created a medical support that I have not had in the past that has helped rehabilitate me with care, professionalism, and with ferocious skill and knowledge. Not a staff member I’ve worked with has been anything less than Professional. There is a real sense of trauma informed practices that other practices have not provided for me in the past.

Absolute trash. Hotline doesn’t work, staff is rude and unaccommodating, doctors are inexperienced. Would give 0 stars if I could

My doctor is Jillian Kyle she's the worst PCP I ever had she don't prescribe any medications she will tell you to go see a mental health doctor I have a autoimmune disease I'm in severe pain she would just tell you to go see a pain clinic and it's so hard to get in pain clinics now these days it was my worst mistake to see Jillian Kyle I would not come here.

If you're unfortunate enough to have a disability that requires treatment via a controlled substance: stay far away from this place.

I have never felt more dismissed and gaslit in my life. They didn't abide by what my specialist recommended. They took forever to get back to me and my messages were constantly being left unanswered.

They treated me like an addict even though they prescribed me a highly abusable medication instead of the gentler treatment my specialist recommended. I wasted months of my life trying to get them to change my care plan only to have them revoke treatment entirely while I was visibly in crisis: forcing me to go through withdrawals that jeopardized my cardiac health and mental stability.

I now have a new doctor: both him and my local pharmacists (shout out to my rite aid boys) are baffled by their behavior.

Once things settle down for me I am honestly thinking about pressing charges because I had to endure an absurd level of negligence for 11 months

Absolutely terrible do not go here if you have any type of need addressed.the communication is NON EXISTENT. I’ve had a medication sent to them three weeks ago that’s been unable to be filled BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Called again for about the 100th time this week and had to press a different extension just to be able to talk to someone and not get sent to voicemail and guess what- they hung up on me.if this was a life or death medication i needed you people would have a lawsuit on your hands.i’m changing pcps and never going back here ever again.oh and the person that was answering phone calls on november 5th at 4: 30 needs fired.i’ve never seen unprofessionalism like I witness at your office today in my life.you guys just hire literally anyone to work there apparently.

My children have been going to Shadyside Family Health center on Centre Ave since they were infants. My daughter’s school needed a health form for her Asthma and it has been 5 days and still no paperwork, they were made aware that she cannot return to school without it. We are all confused because the form literally takes 10 minutes to fill out and fax back but we are still waiting and they sent it LAST THURSDAY and here we are on Wednesday still with no answers, the school has been calling and faxing about this paperwork everyday since sending it and so have I. My daughter has missed school because of it and everyday they don’t send it back is another day she misses her opportunity to learn. Shame on the nurses and staff that were working days 9/9/21 to 9/15/21, I could understand not returning my calls but not one of you returned the schools phone calls. GET IT TOGETHER.

Dr. Brown, Dr. Bartley and the entire team there are amazing! Over the past few months they have attended to me both inpatient and in the clinic while I was battling Covid. This team saved my life.literally and got me back to my daily routine! Some amazing physicians who just truly are so kind and advocated so hard for my recovery! Will always be grateful!

I love this place. Dr. Velasquez-Conner is our PCP, she is lovely. Its a bit hectic in there, yes, but I find they are thorough when they see you. They don't rush you out and they don't ignore your complaints. If you're looking to be fussed over, I'd go somewhere else. If you want good healthcare at convenient times for a full time work schedule of your own, this is a worthwhile provider.

A good clinic, but echoing the sentiment of others, it’s a residency clinic, so you may be seeing someone as a PCP for a year and change and then they leave for a permanent role elsewhere. Makes it very hard to receive consistent care and build relationship. I’ve seen a bunch of different doctors, and having to re-explain my medical history and repeatedly go through the scheduling nonsense just makes it a hassle. It’s a shame because I’ve really appreciated Dr. Nakaishi and Dr. Bodkin.

I been calling, leaving messages, with no return call back. They told me 24 hours to here from a nurse are staff with no reply back. They want to penalize you for not making appointments but won’t get back in contact with
