I have been here about 6 times for illness, rash, lip stitches etc and they have been phenomenal every time. I have a butler health faster care in my town but I drive and extra half hour to go here.

They don’t let you know the prices of things. I scheduled an appt and they changed it. Told me to come back to get my tb test read and they would do physical. When I came back they then said the physical cost after not telling me that before. New staff & rude service. I felt like a criminal almost being there. If you need something bad good place if not you can live without going here

Went with a swollen knee. Looks like a torn ligament. Can't walk on left leg
Diagnosis: wrapped with ace bandage and told ro take ibuprofen. Don't waste your time going here. I could of done that myself. What a waste of time and money

If you go early, there’s not much of a wait time. They’re very quick, informative and sanitary. I still don’t like the fact that they assume everything is covid related, but otherwise my experience was wonderful.

Every member of our family has been to this clinic at some point over the years, whether for strep throat or bronchitis or injuries etc. The staff have always been professional and caring, particularly Dr Emily McKnight whom we've seen multiple times now. The wait times at this clinic are hit or miss, one time we were in and out in 45 minutes and another time we waited 2 hours just to be seen, but that's the nature of walk in medical care. No real complaints here, we'll continue to come to this clinic for after hours care.

Urgent, that's hilarious. Walked into a completely empty waiting room and was told we'd have a two our wait. Don't come here if you need immediate attention.

Waited FOREVER, they don't enforce the say in your car for covid testing. It didn't take long once I was in the exam room for them to see me and get me checked out tho

I generally have negative experiences with my dealings with medical facilities. However, I went to this urgent care about a week ago when I injured my foot and I must say that it was a genuinely positive experience. I found the front desk staff were polite and professional. The wait time was very reasonable considering we're in a global pandemic (30-40 mins). The Rad tech who roomed me and then later x-rayed my foot was also very polite, friendly and professional. The provider who examined was also professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything even though she must have had a number of other patients to see before the clinic closed. I was in and out quickly but I did not feel rushed. While I'd rather not to need to go here again, should the probable occasion arrise where I again injure myself, I would for sure come back to this place.

Don’t go there this place is a joke receptionist doesn’t know how to tell people that there’s a wait

Urgent care facilities should have to meet certain criteria to have the name Urgent Care. My husband was having a heart attack and the desk clerk said he had to wait an hour and a half to see a doctor. There was one person in the waiting room. I explained I believed my husband was having a heart attack but was told there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even call an ambulance because the doctor had to see him first. If this is their typical protocol, don't ever expect to receive urgent care at these facilities.

This place has horrible service I reccomend not going there at all, the nurses sound like they don’t like their jobs nor want to be there. On top of that they stop accepting patients before their closing times which when you call they say as long as you’re here before 8! This place is extremely disappointing and I’d take your kids anywhere else before them

I would have gave them no stars if I could have. Called ahead of time for my son having ear pain. Get there at 830 and they aren’t taking anyone else and there was 1 car in the parking lot. So needless to say I drove 25 mins with them knowing I was coming for them to tell my son and I that they could see him. Shame on them.

I’ve been with each of my family members over the past 2 weeks for covid testing. Each time, the staff is friendly, they have told us how the wait is, which has been much shorter than other places, the longest we waited was 40 mins, they are also thorough and answer all of our questions. We have had great experiences and have recommended them to others we know as well. They must be short staffed because every time we have come, we've had the same dr. And only once had a different nurse.

I can't give you a first hand experience, however I can give you a experience simply based off a phone call after being told to go here by a Children's practioner as to not go to Children's Hospital so my son could get checked and a chest xray. We call on our way simply to see if there was a way to get on a wait list (as some UPMC places offer.especially with COVID and not wanting to sit in a waiting room around tons of other sick people with a very tired, cranky, sick toddler) I was greated with an attitude by the female that answered, which whatever we all have our days. I explained that the doctor atChildren's told us to go there for an xray and to get checked but she instead told me (even more rudly) they don't do outpatient xrays to which I responded he wouldn't be outpatient if he was being seen.she made a snarkey remark stating that it wasn't up to the Children's doctor to decide that he needed a xray that it was up to their doctor if he needed it or not. At that point I had enough and told her about her attitude and how much it was not appropriate. She gave me an absurd amount for wait time but I highly doubt that was accurate. This is why it don't deal with UPMC outside of Children's Hospital, constant issues.

Had to get the longer covid test. Was told that they would call with the results, never got a phone call (literally had my phone with ringer on next to me at all times, I didn't miss the call), missed more work than I had to, test was negative. I was specifically told not to call for the results that I would receive a phone call. I never received a phone call.

Don't go here for anything urgent, which is ironic given their name. Your best bet to getting treated (without discrimination) would be the emergency hospital nearby.
