My kids look forward to their check ups with Dr. Natalie and team! They make dental care fun and easy. The entire staff is so friendly and extremely efficient. It’s just a joy for all of us. The facility is clean, organized and overall welcoming to children and family.

We love this place. The staff and dr are the best. They remember you and your child and are always so friendly. My son leaves telling me “that dentist is the best dentist ever” each time we leave. I highly recommend to come here with your children. They will not hate going to the dentist ever again!

Love Dr. Natalie and her team! Appointments are always a breeze. They are so patient and make sure to explain the entire process to both parents and kids.

Every time we visit, the staff make it a point to make our young children comfortable and happy. They are patient and kind which makes the visit extremely positive.

From the time we walk through the door they are warm and welcoming. The hygienist and dentist are so kind and patient (not pushed to open her mouth) with my toddler. My daughter loves that they let her pick the toothpaste and fluoride flavors and feels comfortable and always loves to pick her toothbrush. They listen to all my questions and are very observant, picking up the language we use with my daughter (monsters = cavities) and also use the verbiage. Great experience all around!

Our friends recommended Upper Dublin Pediatric Dentistry and we are so glad they did! These are the nicest people you will meet (receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentist). My child likes going and they are so gentle and kind. They have tvs on the ceiling where the kids can choose a Netflix show to watch while getting examined in the chair. I highly recommend them!

The staff and Dr Natalie are always so nice and patient with my twin toddlers. The office is set up perfectly for kids with tvs on the ceiling and it’s also very clean. When my daughter had an issue with her tooth they were able to squeeze her in quickly to get it resolved.

The office is clean and bright and very welcoming for kids. Staff are engaging and friendly to parents and children. They welcome questions and do a great job speaking to parents and children in terms that are understandable.
Communication with the office is very easy, the option to text the office and receive reminders that way is a bonus. The ease of filling out forms from a link in a text is also an element that increases convenience.
I’m usually fitting in appointments around my own work meeting schedule, so free wifi in the office is an added plus!
This office is far and above any I’ve experienced and wish I found it sooner for my kids.
Edit to add: today my daughter was experiencing some new mouth pain. Nicole communicated with my daughters orthodontist about recent treatment and then they were able to fit her in for a same day appointment to take a look and treat the problem. I appreciated that they are willing to communicate with our orthodontist for me, saving me extra calls and communication. My daughter reported back to me how much she loves going into the office and being greeted as a friend- and compliments the bedside manner of all staff in the office. I can’t express strongly enough how much we love this dentist for our kids and wish we found them sooner!

Dr. Gardner was amazing! She listened to my concerns for my child and her dental care. It was refreshing to have a dentist finally hear me. She was understanding that my child has special needs and needed some extra time and patience. And her staff was amazing also with my child and answering questions I had. Definitely would recommend Dr. Gardner to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist for their little ones.
