3I have used this Mail Service Center for years (even when it was located in the Brookhaven Shopping Center). The owner has always been helpful and kind. I had a big problem during COVID trying to return a sewing machine and he handled it for me. I have only received 5 STAR service!
What a dump! Huge pile of trash in the corner and an unhelpful guy gabbing on the phone behind the counter (possibly the owner?).
How in the world did this place win some sort of recognition from UPS last year? Do yourself a favor, drop your package anywhere other than here.
UPS delivery driver refused to deliver packages to my new address. Why I don’t know. This has caused money that I paid for goods to be held up in limbo because I can’t get a refund for 30 days. I am a over 65 year old disabled person and I can’t afford to lose money or have my money held up by stores that take their time to refund. Would you do this to your mother? If this happens again I will need to speak to a supervisor.
