14Tried calling three times to speak to a person. No luck. Automated. Person. How on earth do you get to talk to someone?
I live on the outskirts of Meadville and every time I schedule a package pickup they never knock on my door. They just leave a label and leave. Then I have to take my package 2 miles into town to a drop off box. I don't drive wich is why I schedule pickups and deliveries. I don't understand how hard is it to knock on a door. Please do better
The drivers out of Meadville are too lazy to even walk up steps and resort to throwing packages on my porch. This man has thrown multiple pages and UPS won't do anything about it. You can see my package mid air in the one picture. UPS is a joke.
When you see first thing in the morning the behind the scenes of all that goes into getting packages to us. Thousands of packages as soon as I entered, it makes you appreciate what they do. Thank you.
This has been the single-worst shipping experience in my life. On June 3 2021 my wife and I shipped a package to the Netherlands, which came to $344. There was no invoice or packing slip but the woman who worked there said the printer was down and she would print it out and ship it, so we left. But she never did, and then our nightmare began. We got a phone message saying our package would be abandoned if we didn't send an email clearing things up. My wife did so that evening, sending all the info they asked for. Didn't matter, the package came back to us the next day. And, now, as of September 8 2021, THERE HAS STILL BEEN NO REFUND, and we have spent OVER 25 HOURS TRYING TO GET A REFUND. We paid 344 bucks to have a box passed back to us, due to no fault of our own. When we called UPS on Baco road, they told us to call corporate. When we called corporate, they told us to call Baco road. I've called Matt Thompson, the manager of the Meadville and Franklin depots, and got a 'the check's in the mail' response AT LEAST FIVE TIMES. He has recently stopped answering my calls, and the voice mailbox is either conveniently full or not set up. I just called the general UPS number today and after waiting a long time and talking to people, I was hung up on. Matt Thompson is unwilling or unable to give us a refund, and this is completely ridiculous. I'm about to go to the police and/or small claims court, as this seems to be a criminal enterprise. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE. I could revise or delete this review if it gets resolved soon, maybe it will help. Probably not. UPS, and this location, seem to be criminally incompetent.
I had a super difficult time getting ahold of UPS so I decided to contact my local Meadville UPS office and a lady answered immediately and she was SO HELPFUL. She seriously saved my sons birthday this weekend and I'm beyond thankful. I wish I would have gotten her name.
Had a terrible time connecting with any human on the 1-800 number so I searched To find my local Meadville UPS number. Reached a person immediately and she was beyond helpful! Great service
Twice now I've had deliveries made where the delivery was made at the wrong door. The product was delivered to the front door. We don't use the front door. The packages were delivered before we knew it. Both times they got soaked. We never see the driver to tell them about where to deliver. You must have a new driver, as the old one knew where to deliver. Either the back door, or in the barn.
Very Disappointed one day delivery taking over 3 days still waiting.nothing to do with weather or anything.very disappointing
Love & trust the UPS delivery service. I get packages all the time from UPS, and while I have had issues with other delivery services, UPS has never caused problems for me.
Grt place and service in Meadville. People are helpful and guide you. Also they prin Amazon labels for you
I have had the same thing happen twice now. I wish I could find out who has my route. I would like to ask what is her/his problem. He/she doesn't knock just throws form/label on floor outside my apartment. I just had total knee replacement surgery so am not able to go outside so I know I was here. If you don't like your job get out.
I got there very often and usually need my labels printed. They are always 100% wonderful!
Shout out to ups they just delivered one of my daughters packages for her birthday party it’s wet outside instead of laying my package on the ground he put it in a plastic bag and tied it on my door so it didn’t get wet! Great customer service! I wish I caught his name:)
