UPS Customer Center, Bethlehem PA

Do not follow delivery instructions and make no effort whatsoever. I've got videos I should start posting so people see how much they just dont care. Im waiting for something to arrive broken again.

If a package needs to be delivered to an apartment building. All delivery person should make sure it is delivered to the address and not just left any where they feel like it! Does anyone not take their job seriously anymore! When we have to hunt for a package and you find it where it does not belong

Horrible experience. This driver followed me to my car, wouldn't let me leave, gave the "sorry we missed you" letter on the wrong door and his boss/liason wanted me to go meet up with him. Tried to steal my wallet and package forcibly right out of my hands when I met up with him. He pointed his fingers at me when he got mad like he wanted to shoot me. Started to video recording and take pictures of me. Highly unprofessional and this guy is extremely dangerous. Needs to be fired immediately. I had to get law enforcement involved. He is a liability. Writing on 5/10/23.

Driver was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Left our computer in front of my truck in the garage where I could not see it if I were to drive out of my gatage. When I stopped him, he blamed me. Then complained to me all down my driveway, saying he does his job now I should do mine.

The customer center staff are AMAZING! I literally have never had a better shipping experience anywhere else. There are 2 staff I see there often, a man and a woman, and they are both so extremely kind. The woman helped me with a package I was sending to a friend and made the task seamless. Best UPS center!

They put packaging tape for me and helped me with a bulky box for shipping

Edited to add - I wanted to mention Damon as an especially helpful and awesome person here! Didn’t get his name the first time I went, but he’s so nice and took the time to explain how Amazon returns work through UPS when I hadn’t done one before. Certainly not the only nice person I’ve interacted with here, but I wanted to give him a shout out anyway!

I'm really surprised by the other reviews - I've never had anything but a super positive experience here! The person at the counter is usually in the middle of something when I come in, but that's not a bad thing! They've never been anything but nice to me - actually, not just nice, but going out of their way to be friendly too! I had to do some Amazon returns and wasn't sure how it worked, and they were just patient and chill, even though I'm sure they have a lot to keep track of - I get anxious about new tasks, but I don't mind needing to return something now because I know it'll be really low-stress!

The only negative thing I'd mention isn't their fault at all, it's Google's - the driving directions are wrong and will take you to the side of the building that customers aren't allowed in! Don't go to the entrance on Highland - that's trucks only! The customer entrance is on Township Line Rd - look on the satellite map, it's the one that connects to a big series of parking lots alongside the building - then just follow the signs all the way back!
