UPS Customer Center, Taylor PA

I had 6 packages that were shipped, I received 5 and the other is missing and they have no idea where it is. They will not even call me back and let me know where it is. This is what you pay for these days. I would never ever in my life ever use UPS.

Ups has become the bottom feeders of the shipping world. All you get is Foreign people answering calls and absolutely no way to resolve problems.

Everything was placed very gently at my door. Nothing was ever broken. Super fast even at Christmas, I am really grateful.

This location has the worst package delivery I have ever seen nothing ever comes to my house on time the post office and FedEx does a much better job UPS customer service number I believe is offshore and they do nothing to help you

We have been told that our package will “arrive by the end of the day” for eight days. Customer service is the worst. The Taylor PA. UPS facility is the absolute worst!
Why doesn’t someone do something about this? We feel like UPS is holding us hostage. HELP!

Fast and friendly. Asked for a call back and I got one within 10 minutes. Close and convenient, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Have been waiting for 2 packages shipped from two different business to arrive for a week! The Packages have been rescheduled for delivery everyday and when I called they gave me the same excuse regarding weather. FedEx and the United States Postal Service never have issues delivering on time in almost all weather short of a blizzard! When I asked if I can pick them up at the location was told on Friday.that I would not be able to pick up the packages until Monday! 10 days later than the scheduled delivery! INEXCUSABLE. I will NEVER SHIP WITH THEM AGAIN! I may have to pay more. But it will be worth it as they have delayed my source of business!

12/14/2017 3: 27 An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery.this what if been getting for two weeks now on a package that was ups next day. FYI if you are using UPS to receive any shipment be aware they will no longer be traveling down narrow roads this is from Donna the driver manager out of Taylor for the UPS hub they will mark your shipment as an emergency situation or due to inclimate weather so just be careful if you are wondering why you have not received your shipment this is why this is their new policy that went into effect they will no longer make deliveries down narrow roads where there are no turn around that includes they are not doing K turns either they should rename UPS to usph (ur package stops here)

4pm open time? So if my package arrives here at 6am, I have to wait until between 4pm and 7pm to pick it up. Makes no sense

Said they would have my package to me by 8 pm. Well, 8 pm came and went. Nothing. Now I will have to wait until Monday to get my promised two day shipping item that I was planning to use this weekend. Thanks a bunch!:)

I've never had a problem with this location. I think people don't realize they are rating this specific location. And UPS isn't perfect. People are crazy.

Didn't deliver my package for 1 week. Made me come pick it up when their driver parks in my business parking lot everyday for lunch.

My package didn't come on time an they said it had to do with the weather an it was nice out to

Absolutely incompetent! I realize that there was a snow storm however FedEx was able to deliver with no problem. I wouldn't give them 1 star if I didn't have to. The ups truck was at the bottom of the hill which could definitely be delivered because all roads here are cleared to pavement. FedEx no problem.

Was waiting for my package all day long (they usually here by 6pm)
now there was a little snow storm so they update the shipping status to:
"An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery"

SO WHY THE NEXT DAY I'M STILL GETTING MY PACKAGE AFTER 6!

Had a package on hold here. Who has operating hours of 4pm to 7 pm? Fed Ex opens in the early morning and stays open all day. Instead of making customers plan their schedules around UPS, they should be open during the morning.
