Urban Air Adventure Park

Had my daughters birthday party after making the deposit i got a email saying that go carts would only be available once for our party, even though that package purchased was for unlimited go carts.i ordered four pizzas and 50 wings, we got our pizzas then got our wings 15 minutes later.after eating they said pitchers of fountain soda were included, didn’t receive the 50 wings that where order three days prior as request, we received 25 wings and then 25 chicken fingers.the host was not attentive, didn’t know how to host, the staff not paying attention to who was going in and out of the attractions and letting kids cut in line.not adult friendly.this place is for younger children.very small and over crowded for the amount of attractions.trampoline area extremely small.long wait times for all attractions and food stand.with the current standards of covid 19 social distancing very had to accommodate.no enforcement of masks.surfaces not being sanitized on a regular bases.i will not go back for a birthday party or just a plan day.do not recommend to anyone at all.

Great concept and not surprising how popular this is for families and kids. The issue is staff training and organization. My kids went for two hours and it was chaos. Lots of young staff doing their best but a lack of adult leadership is so obvious. Lots of better value options elsewhere until they can really bring clarity and organization to their operations.

We thought about a year membership and so glad we did not.

I’ll start with the positive. It’s a cool place with a lot of different things to do. The go-karts are fun: however, be prepared to wait for them. We had to sign up for them an hour and a half ahead of time.

Now for all the negatives. This is covid breeding ground. They were definitely NOT following any sanitation protocols. Nothing was wiped down by anyone in the time we were there. People were walking around with their masks pulled down off of their noses and mouths, and nobody was saying anything. There were WAY too many people here. Even pre-covid, I would have considered this place to be way too over crowded. The two hour time frame for being there was not being enforced at all. They called out the colors that were supposed to leave, but nobody was actually leaving. And nobody was checking bracelets for anything. Not to mention, typical safety procedures like needing to be a certain height or jumping in individual squares were not being enforced by anyone. It was an absolute joke. I will not be coming back to this place.

Too much money and too little fun. Paid for the platinum package, specifically for the go-karting, and as soon as we checked in we were told by staff it's too busy and we would not be able to go go-karting. We had a 2 hour time slot and spent the first whole hour just waiting in line.

It was an amazing experience. Me and my family had alot of fun.the staff were really helpful and polite.facility seemed clean. And the supervisor Sonya was extremely helpful and great. Also the girl at the toy counter around 540-550 was amazing with helping me resolve an issue with an arcade card and patient and helpful to my children with I appreciate so much seeing as it was a hectic time. So much fun! Kids had an absolute blast doing all the activities. Go Karts, trampolines, zip lines, ropes course, dodge ball - perfect way to keep them busy. We all wore masks and saw staff members asking people to put theirs on correctly if needed. Everything seemed clean and safe. Can't wait to go back!

I don’t believe they are following Covid protocols. Many people without masks. I did not see anyone cleaning for the two hours I was there. Overcrowded and no social distancing.

This place is a rotten experience Seen the french fry girl picking her nose with the gloves on and digging in the french fries with same gloves. Figured oh well that’s just one person but then I seen an other handling money and then started handing people pretzels this place is dirty as it gets if I could give it no stars should get shut down for being just dirty.

It was really fun going here there was so much to do. Staff made sure that everybody had their masks on, and the food service was great I believe Tya or taya helped me and she was excellent at assisting me. There were go karts, a zip line, and fun obstacles I highly recommend!

I celebrated my daughters 6th birthday here, never have I ever been here or my family and the experience was great! Not only did the child have a blast but so did the adults, our party host was awesome she helped us the entire time and she made sure we had everything we needed, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate their child’s birthday party!

Took my kids here went around 3 pm it was extremely packed you had to wait to ride the gocarts. They took your information down and a phone number to text you when it was ready. However like 5 mins before the time as up for the 2 hours is when we received the message. I definitely would not go again on a weekend since it was way to pack and my kids couldn't enjoy there time like that because the thr crowd. The set up is very nice.

We had the best time at Urban Air. This was our 1st experience and the staff really brought it to the next level. The event person was friendly and answered all of my questions when we booked. The birthday host greeted us at the door and was an amazing helper. He was so great with the kids and they even followed him around asking him to play with them. All staff was welcoming and accommdating. AZHAR WAS THE BEST HOST and deserves to be recognized by his manager. Thanks for a great time.

It was.okay. My friend and I had to wait almost an hour in line for the zip line thingy and it was kind of boring. Sure, it's high up in the air, but they should've made the track longer. And it was WAY too crowded there. They should have made it half capacity because of how many people were there. Some didn't even have masks on. And nobody was social distancing. People were touching each other and putting their hands on other people's faces. So it was weird. The lines were too long and we only got to stay there for about 2 hours for nothing. Go kart line was too long and it was just boring there. Sorry.

Went there this past Saturday. Horrible wait times. No management around to talk to. Not run efficiently. Got texted half hour after our 2 hour time limit and on the way home that our go cart time was ready. Over priced for what you had time to do in 2 hours because of wait time.

I went as a spectator, in a small group. I was surprised the food seemed reasonably priced for the portion sizes. I didn't go on any of the attractions, but everyone present genuinely seemed to be having fun.

YOU MUST CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! This park is a blast for all ages! The Go Kart track is the best one I've ever seen and the Sky Rider is awesome! The staff at each attraction greet you with a smile and work hard to provide kids (and adults!) with a fun experience. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, the kids are smiling and laughing - something we all need during this time. Our children need to laugh, exercise, see friends and JUST BE KIDS! - especially now. The food is great as well and the service is excellent! - the wings are my favorite:) The park also makes very strong efforts to clean and sanitize. Masks are worn and health department protocols are enforced. Many many thanks to the staff working very hard to adhere to guidelines while maximizing the fun for everyone! I will be returning with my niece and nephews and I've recommended this fantastic park to all of my friends - we are planning our next visit soon! If I could give this place a 0 I would.
If you are not a child or going with a child, this is not the place for you. Majority of the attractions are for smaller kids.
The worst part of it all was the amount of people that were practically on top of each other. This place is NOT COVID friendly at all. Let us all remember that you can have COVID and show no symptoms or possibly have a mild cough or sneeze or a runny nose and spread the virus.
I understand that we want to enjoy and have fun but this is not the way to go about it. Yes temperature checks are done but my temperature said it was 95.1 which is pretty inaccurate.

We paid for 5 tickets and a two hr time slot. Our tickets stated that if we paid the platinum we get unlimited go karts. Well we only got to ride them twice, the place was packed! Even the other activities we had unlimited access to we had to wait in lines. (shorter then the go karts) We had to wait a little over 30 min for the first race then about 20 for the second. There were younger children just running all over the place unattended. Thankfully my children have bleeding hearts since they were helping these children at times climb. I believe for the amount of money we had to pay we should have gotten a few more chances to do a few of them activities we paid for. Needless to say they did continue to remind others of safety and to keep their masks up. So that was a plus. However, I don’t feel we will be going back there at all. I also like to add that their arcade area was a bit small and didn’t have many games.

As a Hispanic I didn’t feel welcome with all the white groups that continually drop racial slurs to me and my black friends, what I don’t like is that the staff immediately sided with the other white people without listening to our side, multiple parents were upset.

It's one of the the most fun places I've been to since I was a kid. It was my first time there for a birthday party and it was amazing my family and friends had soo much fun. I highly recommend it.
