Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I have been coming to Urban Air for a few months now and see manager Reilly almost everytime. She is so helpful and helps make sure my son is having fun everytime! Very grateful to have a good management team there for when things don’t go as planned:)

Urban air is amazing! Tyler, Damian, And Reilly the managers are really professional and Aidan is awesome!

Urban Air for a few years. My great grandson loves it. I was concerned about how absolutely filthy it is. Young kids running it the ball pit had no one watching it. The desk had 5 kids milling aroundwas.

Urban air is the cleanest and nicest place to go in your free time Aidan and Julia are awesome!

Super #awesome place staff is really cool and funny definitely recommend tons of fun. I really enjoyed the Zipline thingy and the different trampolines. Check it out if you have the chance!

I've taken my kids here about 3 times. Each visit revealed more things I didn't like. First visit was great! Kids had fun, I had tunnel vision watching them have fun so I didn't pay much attention to details. Second time things were down and only about 5 people were working. Place wasn't the cleanest.it was meh. The third time I really observed and did not like the view as a parent. Attractions were down, they were understaffed again and it was very dirty.all the workers were very nice. They are not the problem. The company needs to change something. If we are paying all that money we the parents should be comfortable in the environment. I almost didn't want my kid to play in the balls because who knows what's in them. I read a comment from another area about them getting kicked out for where skyzone socks instead of buying theres. Be serious. They're the same thing in different colors. Money grab and for what? You can't even pay your employees well enough to want to work or even keep them staffed. No thank you. Oh and my son was doing the in air obstacle course and kept getting stuck because the line that keeps them safe kept getting caught. Lube it, repair it or something.

The staff and food at the Urban Cafe awful, 45 minutes to get my food. The food was cold too. The cafe area looks dirty it should be very clean since you dealing with food. Never again don’t recommend to eat from here.
About your trampoline park is nice but you limit the bigger kids and even kick them out and give excess time to younger kids on some of your attractions. The amount of time should be equal for everyone.

Just had our daughter’s birthday there, everything was great! The kids had a great time and our party host, Julia, was absolutely awesome!

My kids had fun but the staff is kids leading kids. Really no kind of adult management or supervision. The place is very very very unorganized.
Very dirty and food court is terrible

I had my 7 year old's birthday party here and it was fantastic! Julia was our party host and she did a great job from beginning to end. The process was easy and things were communicated well. My daughter and her friends had the best time!

My sever Damian is such a W worker his vibe is so chill can never go wrong with having him as your server

Urban air has amazing service and the food, staff, and atmosphere is amazing! Would recommend all the time there so professional and Aidan Ohst at the food stand is one of the best!

What a joke. 35 reviews with 5 stars conveniently posted 5 days ago, with most being their first review. Obvious attempt by management to cover up for the absolutely disgusting conditions within. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that shows respect for their customers.

I had a fun and awesome experience at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. 10/10 recommend.
