One area has Been broken and never fixed. The kids wanna do something and nobody is there to run it. Have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. When you pay that much to get in uou expect everything to be up and running.

It's nice for a day out. Prices for entry make a membership worth it if you have a high flyer. I personally think glow nights are the most affordable if you don't come often.
The dj is fired, though, and more parents need to get off their phones. I got kicked in the head twice by this kid already, Good time for all except I had to get a CT scan after. My nephew was being cornered and bullied along with one of the bully girl's younger sister. Peer pressure to HURT someone is NOT OKAY. Bullying of any kind is NOT OKAY. If he would have told me they cornered him originally before we got home, I would definitely have said something to management, and their mothers. The staff really didn't care, if it's not on the rules, then they won't say anything. Hand to hand combat and hitting are NOT listed on any rules in the building so it really is imperative that parents at least have some grasp over their children. We got a membership and I'll be darned that I'm going into hypertension every trip from having to put other people's children in line. I felt so bad for the little sister, they told her to hurt him and ran off as to not be associated. The current verdict is.

Every single time we come, something goes wrong. I have a coupon and they can't use it. I did forget to give it to them immediately but it was within 20 seconds of me handing her my card. Instead they give me a coupon to come back. Run by kids that can't make management level decisions and do the right thing. One night we were kicked out because of a scheduled glow party but no one told me it was happening before I purchased our jump passes only 1 hour before the party.

Fun place for the kids, but the staff was rude, especially at the cafe counter. The guy that was training was nice, but the woman training him was rude to me and my family several times. Every question was met with snide remarks and went unanswered. If there was a reason we would NOT return, it would be the staff.

Would not recommend, they pick on 4 year olds! The staff at the front desk did not put the right band on my daughter and one of the staff by the pit caught this. He would not let my daughter in the pit because of this and tried saying she was not tall enough. Went to the front desk, they remeasured my daughter and gave her the appropriate band. Solved right? ! No, the man tried to get my daughter out of the pit area again and got the manager to look for my daughter without getting a parent first. Then, when the manager was informed that it was my daughter, the manager made my daughter get measured again. After that, my daughter was in the area were the beam spins. The staff did not like how she was jumping and stopped the ride. When the staff was asked why there was an issue, they responded about the height again. Asked them to show the sign for the height, the staff kicked the sign and gave attitude. Guess what? My daughter was the right height to play! When to the front desk and ended up speaking to the manager again. She gave the excuse for the staff kicking the sign as the staff is just young and give some lame excuses but never own up to anything wrong. Does this make it acceptable? Plus, she stated there an age requirement for the beam attraction of five, which there is no signs for. The made experience for my daughter miserable! Used to go a couple times a month, not happening anymore!

Staff are friendly. Many different options for ages sizes and abilities. Food was decent and decently priced. Great for large group gatherings. We took an entire preschool. Tha adults had fun too!

Drive 40 min. To privately celebrate my sons birthday to find out that there’s no public event calendar posted on the site only to find out when we got there that our pre purchased tix were no good because of a black light party first time visitors and probably last.

60$ for two kids to jump and play plus more for video games and food. $3 for a soda that they fill up 34 the way and the "free" snack with membership is cheap little bag of popcorn or pretzels. It's not bad place to take kids for one-day here and there. The staff don't seem friendly and when you ask them questions they seem unsure and speak quiet and look so young. Giving 3 stars because kids still had a lot of fun and they could change few things to make it better for people that don't have a lot of money to spend all the time.

Do not recommend. They discriminated against me because I was pregnant. I didn't even jump I was with my family and they said they don't allow outside drinks but I told them I was pregnant and had a water jug with me and they said no exceptions even though I have to drink so much a day. So I had to walk back and forth to my car to get a drink from my water jug every time because I didn't want to pay $ for water.

Not a bad first experience. I have a 10 yo and a 4 yo…plenty of things for my oldest…but my little one had a very hard time enjoying the place completely. She had a lot of incidents with older kids running by … knocking her off her feet and onto her face many times. It really needs more amenities for younger children. Food is not really worth buying…but they have lots of options for Slushies…which the kids enjoyed.

You'll be in line forever if you don't pay in advance. But it's a good place for all ages.

Went to urban air to redeem a $100 gift card, and use the funds to have the kids jump. Was told by staff that a manager would need to approve the card and that I would not be able to use the card tonight due to a “special event”.

I will exhaust this card and never return.

They buy 16 oz bottles of water from Walmart for 3.88 for 40b bottles and then sell them for $2.50. They won't let you bring in your own. I would not consider this family friendly. I know they didn't force us to attend, but they don't have to worry about us coming back.

Worst place to go for teens & adults.paid 160 and drove 1 hour for long lines, lack of workers, waited in lines that NEVER moved do the workers not doing their jobs and letting endless amount of kids pass or never leave the same area letting others play also.only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.
