What a great exciting place to go! Our experience here was excellent. We came for a birthday party. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I was impressed at how much there is to do here! It’s not just a trampoline park, they have everything from zip lines to playgrounds. Our kids had a great time and we will be back soon! The owners are great people and we highly recommend you try!

I have a membership for my three kids *and* myself. I took my kids yesterday and was approached by a security officer (who had handcuffs - like, why?) twice. The first time was because my daughter ran up to me with a water bottle (her own). He was cordial in saying she couldn't drink on the upper level. No big deal - fine.

The second was within a minute of my massage chair ending. He was with a manager and they told me that I had to get up (all the other chairs were empty) because the alarm wasn't going off because I wasn't paying. I was reading a book, and had paid for a half hour in the chair. There's so much going on at this place, and your primary concern is whether or not I'm paying to sit in a chair.

Fine.

I've literally spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars here on dopey games my kids like to pay, on food, and on our memberships. That twelve month membership (we had it transferred from another location) ends this March - we'll continue using the membership through then and won't be back.

Congrats on losing a customer who has been dropping more than a dime at your place.

The cashiers did not inform us it was glow night, which require a specific wrist band and t-shirt to use the equipment that would typically be included in the deluxe package that I purchased. I Spent $80 between admission and food. My son was very disappointed by the restrictions and ultimately ended the visit early. It's safe to say we won't be returning.

BEAWRE when bringing children under 5….  you will have to buy a parent pass. Full experience below
Was advised we must buy a parent pass with children 5 and under. There are 2 signs posted at each register with the rates, not one of the have any fine print nor state that you need to buy a parent pass when purchasing yhe 5 & under pass/ticket. There is a hand written piece of paper that states a parent pass needs to be purchased.
When I spoke with management they stated it has been a requirement for 1 year. It is a franchise requirement, not corporate.
I decided go to the website and look it up. Nothing stated on the site or in the FAQ. I ran a purchase scenario through the website for this location. No where when selecting tickets or when it was time to check-out did the site flag me about needing the parent pass.
This being a requirement for his location for a year and only written on paper seems like a scam by the franchise owner.  This puts young adults and staff members under 18 in a awakened situation with a policy that is hand written on paper.

We got there right at 10am when it opened, and the place was filthy. There were dust balls and trash on the floor, empty water bottles in the soft play area, and no paper towels in the bathroom. The manager on duty was a huge troll and had a problem with everything we did. He was also rude to his own staff members on multiple occasions. My 18 month old, who I paid admission for, was sitting on the side of the area where the foam pit is, and she was stacking 2 cubes and knocking them over, not a single other kid in the area (or the entire place), and we were yelled at and told the foam cubes are not for playing with and it was for her safety. What? My other toddler was wearing sky zone socks and was told they were not permitted and he couldn’t continue to jump until I bought him new socks. After paying $50 for two toddlers to jump for an hour, since an adult is required, it felt ridiculous to nickel and dime us for a new pair of socks. After my 18 month old was yelled at for stacking the foam blocks we were told the soft play area is where it would be safe for her to play. The soft play are was not monitored by any staff and was flooded with kids over the height limit where she was almost trampled numerous times. On our way out, a staff member gave us attitude about bringing outside food, which was a teething biscuit my daughter was munching on- cmon now. Overall horrible experience, save your money and spend it at sky zone- much cleaner facility and much friendly staff.

The park is the best. Highest Climbing walls, longest and highest zip line. The kids had a fantastic time. We will Definity be back.

We had a bday party here on a weekend when it was already very crowded but the team at Urban Air managed everything as smoothly as possible and all went very well. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend as a easy, fun party place.

This place is horrible! Young rude staff, joke of management who make excuses for the unprofessional atmosphere instead of correcting clear concerns of paying customers I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I took my children. Our food was undercooked which caused my son to get sick later that night, people were literally leaving there food on the tables uneaten because it was disgusting cold and inedible. The staff could care less about anything you say, they were rude and getting smart with the kids please save your money and take your kids somewhere safer and more professional instead of spending your money at this joke of a business. This place is literally run by teenagers who just show up for a check and could care less about the safety of these kids steer clear!

Tried to say my band was not
good enough to access some rides when i bought the ultimate band. Also the ride is clearly for children under eight because the height limits they have are incredibly restrictive.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The bathrooms are horrendous! The staff is even worse. Management doesn’t exist! You can’t reach anyone through corporate and you can tell that the responses on these reviews are auto generated. Sky zone is expensive but worth it.

I booked a party here for my three-year-old and I had my teenage nieces helping with the kids.while up in the jungle gym, other kids that weren’t with the party was acting up and a grown, Caucasian man decided to snatch bands off of my nieces wrist. Then the manager tried to tell me he was a manager, and that is policy to put your hands on other peoples children that come with adults you have to sign a waiver to be in there. No one under 18 can be in there without an adult, they have speaker can always announce and get parents attention. I let the manager know not one person has called me yet and it’s been weeks in regards to this issue that is not OK for a grown man to take anything off of two young girls!

Place is nice, but awfully run and managed. The manager would not allow me to assist my autistic son in any of the attractions, and also would not talk to me about it despite being 10 feet from me he would make an employee talk to me. Do not come here if you need any type of accommodations.

Fun place for kids to jump around & get tired out, but it's hard to keep track of the young ones in the mix.

We signed up for one year membership for our three kids. Unfortunately our son broke his leg when playing outside and it was long recovery. When we asked urbanair to cancel our membership or pause it until his jumping restriction is lifted, because we can’t just bring the two and leave our son at home, they declined. For a family centered business I find that unacceptable as we thought they were family oriented. So we are stuck paying for 6 months for free. However, we did have good experience when we took our kids to urban air.

I visited urban air on 12/7/23 for my daughters birthday. My first time at this location and will be my last. To start off the manger who was interviewing teens seem very racist and he wasn’t welcoming at all. He behaved as if he owned the place. The bathroom was very nasty. There was no seat covers and there was trash all over the bathroom. I can tell the bathrooms hasn’t been cleaned all day. On top of it, the place is very dirty. I saw wires hanging when I looked up. They also had no hand sanitizer in sight. I sent $99 and wasted my money. This Place needs a make over, cleaning services and better customer service skills. I will never return to this location. The Willow grow location is much better!

Yikes, this place is chaotic. Some of the staff lacked patients with the younger children. After standing in line at some points for approximately 10 minutes, then to only be allowed to jump for approximately one minute os insane, then they only allowed to people on at a time. That was my first and last experience their.

The management at this establishment lacks what it takes to elevate what could potentially be an amazing experience for people. In the hospitality business, if you can’t simply “Do the right thing” instead of clinging to sign posting, you should not have the leadership position you have.

I lost my phone in the ball pit after having to unexpectedly go in after my grandson and was charged admission the next day to go in and find my phone. No, I did not look for signs posted first before going into the pit to retrieve my grandson. Dave the manager I dealt with was informed that the phone held precious texts and voicemails from my mom who recently passed, and very steadfastly stood by his silly sign posting instead of just doing the right thing and allowing my son and I to go in and look for the phone. In addition to being informed while searching, that the facility does not clean the ball pit, therefore having no tools to help search.

Needless to say this Grammy will be taking her grandsons anywhere but here from now on. I will also be sharing this memorable experience with my friends, colleagues and anyone else I get the opportunity to share it with.

I recommend driving the extra time to a different location.
