HORRIBLE! DON'T WASTE A PENNY HERE!

2 different times went to try on jeans & there is an employee sitting guarding the dressing room, said it's closed. Ok fine, I asked can I buy & return if they don't fit & was told ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT. I thought maybe he's wrong so I asked another employee, a cashier, if I buy these & they don't fit can I return them & she said the same thing "ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT" left my stuff on the counter won't shop there again. That's the CRAZIEST POLICY I've ever heard in my life. If you can't refund somebody the same way they paid than allow them to use the dressing rooms.

I bought a pants for $ 100 and when I took it home I realized that the pants were torn and when I took it back they didn't want to return the money

I have a love/hate relationship when it comes to Urban Planet… Absolutely love the prices! However, the customer service is terrible and they always have long lines! The people who work there lack energy and careless if people came in just to get one thing and get back to work! I myself had walked out twice I’ve waited way too long just to buy myself a pair of shoes. I’ve seen more of a cheerful group of people working in other departments!

I bought a sweater there & it ripped as it was $20. Also, I went for a job interview but they didn't hire me but they act like they r a big deal but they are not as they r only ur average middle class store that is nothing to rave about. They sell cheap clothing that rips anyway.
