Great food, service and atmosphere! Holiday decorations were very nice, only thing missing was a fireplace! Also good prices especially for being in philly.

Atmosphere was nice- wished there was more to the cocktail menu but the happy hair menu was adequate and the food was good. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful customer service! I had the cubano sandwich with a side salad. Very reasonable pricing and delicious food. Thank you!

It is a very good place and nice environment for friends gathering and a sports bar situation. Good prices, food is good - not amazing. Great to hang out.

️This place was right by eastern state. We walked by and there were a bunch of people watching the Philadelphia Philly game, cheering and having a good time. There were tvs and a lot of outside seating on this beautiful day. Really fun. Everyone was excited the Philly’s won against the braves. 8-3! Go Philly’s! ️

Food was great, service was quick, drinks were refilled quickly, regardless of who passed by they would offer to take finished plates/glasses.

Great food and drinks. They put a little extra flare on your standard bar staples. It gets a little packed but that's what happens when you're good.

The best wings in Philly. Would give it five stars but it needs to be bigger. The place gets packed on the weekends. Lines to bathrooms at a bar is crazy

Fun place to go and have a great time with friends and family. Staff was extremely friendly and everything we had was extremely tasty. I highly recommend this place five stars all the way keep up the good work. Will be back again.

My wife and I went here for an early dinner. This last Tuesday 08/31/22. She got the truffle flatbread, and a veggie burger. I got the fried pickles, and the steakhouse sandwich. Quite possibly one of the best meals I have ever had, server was fantastic, atmosphere was gorgeous.

It was a 497 mile ride for us to get to Philadelphia, and their food is the reason I will make the journey again.

I haven’t been here in a few years and decided to stop by with my nephew this evening and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. First off it was packed, there was about five deep at the bar but not many outside tables were taken so my Nephew and I took an outside table. A server came over and greeted us right away and just made us feel right at home, she was just one of those servers who just had that ““ it factor and you can tell that she was no stranger to taking care of her customers. Admittedly I judge service very harshly especially since the pandemic where it seems like service standards seem to have gone out the window, well, I was completely proven wrong tonight at urban saloon. Our server turned what would’ve been an ordinary night into an absolutely extraordinary night,
I’m out a few nights a week and I haven’t had this good of service in the past four or five years. My nephew had said that our server had mentioned a boyfriend when she first came up because if she hadn’t I very well may have asked her to marry me……just saying!
Oh and the wings, hot chicken and cheesesteak spring rolls all were hot, arrived quickly and hit the spot but nothing to write home about. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was delicious but the Texas toast that it was on should’ve been toasted or grilled because it was just soft white bread which made it kind of mushy and thankfully we got the ranch and pickles on the side because I have a feeling it would’ve been a real soggy ordeal had we not.
I will come across the city again to the Urban Saloon for the service (there was another server outside with a few tables as well that checked on us and was extremely friendly and made sure that we were okay, I don’t wanna forget to thank her cause she was fantastic too!). Great restaurant/bar to hit if you’re in the area (or even if you’re not!)

Extremely kind and attentive service. Blood Mary was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Wings we’re cooked perfectly and the pretzel sticks were warm and soft. Nashville chicken sandwich was delicious - not over done with thick chicken, perfect size. Burger was decent, not anything to rave about. And you can’t beat eating with the penitentiary view.

In this restaurant the manager did not want to serve us after he was wrong when we ordered patrón drinks and he was wrong and served us milagro

Really good grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. Soup arrived cold and didn't taste any better when they heated and returned the soup. Nashville hot chicken sandwich over-chli-powdered, and no mayo or lettuce to offset chili.

They accommodated a lot of unannounced hungry & thirsty people prepping for the PNBR event. We all come from out of state and from several different states so we're thinking our group will want to use this as a pre-event meetup every year when we come in for PNBR, especially since it's so close to the bicycle rental! The drinks were great, the atmosphere was fantastic and the service was kind enough to tolerate our group!

The Bartender "EB" is phenomenal, his drinks are great. It's my first time here, and I will will definitely be back. The food (wings) were very good. Definitely give this place a try. I'm definitely coming back. The appetizers were great. The wings were great. Please give them a shot, and definitely get the bartender "EB"

I was looking for a nice place that offered champagne brunch to take my daughter for her birthday and I found this restaurant. It was a nice atmosphere, great service and affordable prices. This is my new go to spot. I highly recommend it

We helped pack the place with a crowd of almost 20 and they accommodated wonderfully. The service was fun and fast and so helpful. The chicken was absolutely the best chicken tenders I've had and the drinks were refreshing and buzzy for us. It was a great atmosphere.

Awesome food, Cubano is really good but does have a little spice kick if you don't like spice, stay away.
Pretzel appetizer with cheese sauce was hot and soft. Really worth it.
6 or so TV all around to watch the games.
Staff is friendly and very nice. So outside seeting if you want to sit in the heat.
Right across the street from Eastern State Peniyentiary. So when events are going on there sure it gets crowded.
