Loved it here! Stopped by on New Years Eve with my mother to look at rings. I have been looking to get a ring for myself for about a year and a half, and finally decided to go in person after searching fruitlessly online. Went to another local family owned and operated store first, and was unimpressed with both the selection and staff behavior. Was completely blown away by the difference between there and Urbanowicz. While the other store's jeweler seemed judgemental of my decision to buy a ring for me, the woman who assisted me and my mother was super supportive and very sweet! Waited on us very patiently even though we came in about 15 minutes before they closed for the holiday at 2 o'clock. Didn't feel rushed at all. Only came in intending to peruse my options, and very quickly decided to purchase a stunning citrine ring for a very reasonable price because of how impressed I was. Felt truly supported and valued here. Will be a customer for life and have already talked to my friends about this place. Wonderful selection, staff, and atmosphere. Could not have had a better experience.

I stopped in to get a second opinion on a loose diamond I was looking to have mounted. Christina (sorry if I misspelled her name) stepped right up to help me out. She let me see what the diamond would look like in a platinum semi mount and encouraged me to look at it under different lighting within the store and by the front window in natural lighting. I was assured that the stone was a good diamond worthy of mounting. However, I did ask if she could find some comparable stones that might be a better color and also asked about mounts. She called me back the next day and mentioned the price ranges of some comparable diamonds as well as the timeframe for making a ring. I ultimately did not end up working with Urbanowicz Jewelers but I did appreciate their unbiased opinion and the friendly, no pressure atmosphere in the store. If I have any other jewelry needs in the future I will definitely be stopping back here first.
