Terrible bedside manner! Belittled me because I needed a different type of doctor. I wasted about five minutes of his precious time. Too insulting to repeat what he said. Should be zero stars. Then bills $246.

Although I don't look forward to going to the doctor, I do enjoy being greeted by Nicki at the front desk. Her contagious smile and warm greeting always make the experience less stressful.

The Staff All Seem To Move You Along So It's Not A Long Visit But Is A Thorough Visit

Please don't go midlantic urology. Front two secretary are very impolite and rude on phone and in person. They do not reply back when
u ask questions. Their facial expression and language are very rude and screaming all the time. I never want to go back again! If front staff change more people will coming.my stress level and blood pressure went up whoever I speak to front staff especially one who sit in left side.

Great doctor but some of the staff at the front desk is extremely rude. There is an older lady who would talk to you in an extremely rude manner. Was taking father for appointment and we were about 10 minutes late. At first she said she wouldn't take him in, then she said next time she wouldn't take him in if late. The message is reasonable no arguing here, however the way it was said was unacceptable. Also she was asking some appointment related questions but when I was answering the would yell she can't hear me before I even say anything. There was a glass between us and I was wearing mask as required at the time, so she in fact may have had difficulties hear me. So she was just sitting doing her things without looking at me or trying to heat and just keep snapping CAN'T hear you! I tried to move to the spot without the glass barrier but she tole me to go behind the glass and kept snapping that she can't hear me even after I just started to talk. Very humiliating and unprofessional.

Front office staff should be fired! The worsted attitude I ever experienced. The doctors are not any better.

My father came with a kidney problem, but after all they ask him to scan his sholder. How it related to the kidney - nobody knows. Problem wasn't found. They don't care about you helth, they only care about miney from your insurance.

Called after missing an appt they were very rude and talked to me dismissively. Asked for the doctor to call me they said he would speak to me in 6 weeks after I was put on two new meds that stopped me from urinating. Then a woman calls with an attitude I say I'm not speaking to anyone but the doctor she continues to call my name then says well you messed up now you won't speak to the doctor I was about to patch you thru then hung up in my ear. If this is acceptable in this office I don't recommend anyone go there. I have never missed an appt and was only late one time. Mind you the doctor knows about my other medical issues and me wearing a foot brace because of a stroke. If the doctor thinks it's okay for the staff to behave this way its even sadder. This has been my doctor for years he told me to come to this location so if they try to come with negative feedback about me choose your battles wisely. You all need to quit if you don't want to work. And I never post these btw but this needs to be addressed.
