Came for inspection waited forever office has no A/C owner is extremely unprofessional does not care about his customers

Tried to switch me to another car but it was worse than the first, all his cars have issues he says that he has the best reputation, that he would never risk it for a car, well every car on his lot has problems not sure how they pass inspection
