Great place no overnight parking but if the load is ready they take you early was in and out with in an hour

Extremely rude people. They see me waiting at the window to check in for 15 minutes and they could not stop chit chatting. 3 people in there just chit chatting. Extremely rude and if i didn’t have to pick up the load i would of left. Never coming back here

Grab a parking spot then go in with number. They won't give you a door otherwise. Check product for damage.

You can check in before 2 hours your appt time they unload quickly but no overnight parking here and hard to find parking in this area bcz no parking on streets.

Cool guards and friendly staff. Get you in and out. 2hrs for me anyway. They have a lounge/lunch room. Easy to maneuver their yard. Gotta slide tandems. Id run a load for them again.

Friendly pple not here to long and they have showers available for drivers women and men and ladies the shower/bathroom is decent dont know the shower pressure didnt take a shower but its clean in there and there is one for men as well but only one at a time.

I was pleasantly surprised with not only the friendly efficient shipping department but how quickly I was docked and unloaded.

They do offload you pretty quick but they take loads with appointment. But the staff in office is very very rude. They don’t have overnight parking. They do have clean restrooms inside the building.

People here are great. Unfortunately in my case came in an hour early. Didn't get a door until my appointment time, and after an hour in the door they've yet to touch me. But other than that, like I said, really great people here. Even though there's signs on the street saying no parking I parked overnight with no interruptions. No overnight parking at facility. Also note coming in you need to park in a open parking spot along curb first. They're numbered so note what number spot you're in before checking in because they'll ask you which spot you're in. Verified by another driver don't come any earlier than 2 hours before your appointment. Good place.

Small, busy place. Can be tight at times. Nice people. Can check in early. Average loading time.

They load quickly just don’t miss your appointment. They have room in yard for waiting just don’t expect to sit here on your 10 because the nearest truck stop on 309 is 5 miles away. You can get food delivery to your truck with no issues from them.

Loaded earlier then my appointment. Easy docks to back into. You can check in 6 hours prior to appointment time. Load quick but no overnight parking.

Nice people, but didn't know how to load the trailer. It took 8 hrs, and they didn't get it right, had to tell them how to load a full load.

Don't forget to stop at the entry way going in and out. Don't matter if you are the only thing there. Yard dog bill is all about that stop sign
