Don’t even waste y’all time applying they can’t keep you with work and they don’t reach out at all

Honestly can't even star this company (have to so that this will be posted)! Really wish I would have read the reviews prior to getting involved with them. It's upsetting the amount of time they take from a company and offer NOTHING in return. I set aside multiple hours out of my already really crazy work schedule to listen to them and Believe that they could possibly be able to help with our staffing situation. NO COMMUNICATION! Have not heard anything from this company since August! Very disappointing and really hope others to take time to read the reviews before wasting their time like I did!

I don't know how this company is open. They will email you stating you are eligible to start work. You try to respond by text, phone call and email no response from them. Ms. Lucy from the Maryland location is a horrible recruiter.

Don't even bother reading another review; I asked for a $1 raise because my hours got cut back for the summer, being the kids are out of school after working there for a year. They kept me working but never respond to me again after 4 months of me emailing all of them. You want more money anyway. Just go to K12 Staffing. They pay more and they call you back.

Don't waste your time.
You cannot speak with anyone over the phone. And if the recruiter do not like you experiencing your concerns about an email they will threaten your job.

These reviews are surprisingly shocking. I’ve been working with this company for almost 2 years and they were helpful. My recruiter were Stephanie and Shawn and they were very helpful and always was there when I needed them

I submitted an application with this agency back in December of 2022. I was asked to provide documentation such as bank account information and so on for the purpose of obtaining direct deposit information. I thought this was a sure thing as it sounded too good to be true. It's approximately 3 months for me to have an orientation. I travel 2 hours from home to attend the orientation at an agency by the name of chimes based in Maryland but has l locations throughout the DC metro area. When I arrived for the so-called orientation,
A gentleman by the name of Michael was supposed to oversee the orientation process. I would hardly consider waiting in the front lobby for 3 hours and then be told I can go home and orientation. Was told to be expected to be there for at least 4 to 5 hours with pay. Never happened. In fact I was told that us medical staffing was a temp agency and that there was no guarantee that work will be available for people coming in through US medical staffing as a temp. What was even more disappointing about the this whole process was that, both agencies talked a good talk, everything sounded too good to be true. I turned down other job offers for this position. Chimes gave me excuses as to why there was no work for me. Us medical staffing made excuses as to why this process went the way it did. Not only do I have to start all over again with job search, I had to close my bank account for security purposes because of this whole thing. After looking at the other reviews and ratings, I am so so disappointed that I didn't see this for what it was from the start. Nobody's even trying to pay me for orientation. Basically wasting my God damn time. Moving forward, I would advise anybody TO STAY AWAY FROM AGENCIES THAT APPEAR TO WANT TOO MUCH INFORMATION WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF A SECURED JOB OFFER. BOTH AGENCIES, US MEDICAL STAFFING INC, AS WELL AS CHIMES OF DC MARYLAND VIRGINIA ARE A FRAUD, I NEED TO BE STOPPED! PASS THE WORD!

I have been working for this company since 2019 when they formerly known as Staffing Plus. They are terrible! Terrible communication & terrible when it comes to paying you! Save yourself the headache and work elsewhere.

The reviews never lie. Look at everyone complaining about how hard it is to get paid properly or paid at all! Google the recent consent judgement ordering US Medical to pay $10M in back wages and overtime pay to thousands of contractors who worked hard to support their families. This is not a company you want to do business with.

They’re so bad the Department of Labor had to step in. Thousands of contractors were owed $10M in back wages and overtime pay.

The amount of times Ijanae Anderson kept asking if I used her name as a referral or reminding me that she could refer me (4, by the way) was giving scam vibes.
Not to mention the hastiness of this process, your responses, and your subpar way of typing and communicating like a high school freshman, and the nothing but horrible reviews about Medical Staffing.
Not having taxes taken out and not having my timecard ready to go but willing to send me in there is a big, red, unprofessional flag. I know exactly what's going on. I just wanted to see if I was right-and I am.
I let myself take the bait by spending the $68 on this process but you won't be getting commission off of this head. Way too smart for that.

Don't waste your time people! Just as someone else wrote in their review: they'll be on top of communicating with you to get you on the job like white on rice. I came here last minute to see the reviews (should've done it before I spent my money on this process). I saw the dramatic shift in the person that kept trying to lead me in Medical Staffing's direction and decided to not start with the job. Thank GOD for reviews. Something didn't feel right before applying, during, and before it was time for me to start. Always listen to your intuition-it really knows best.
Notice this though: NO one representing this company has come forth to explain or apologize for anything under these reviews. So. RUUUNNNNN!
The GAG is-I just needed a cute little gig to embark on while waiting for a very long, intricate process to complete with another job. Yeah, naw.

Don’t ever work here this is a horrible agency you will not get paid for your work on time! This company is very unprofessional and are full of excuses please do not waste your time. I beg you please don’t this company is nothing but a headache and their are better agencys out there that are structured and will pay you in time don’t waste your time please

Don't work with them try some other agencies haven't been paid two going on three weeks and this was my 2nd time giving them a chance there on call on the weekend don't pick up everytime you emailed them there response is they are out the office when trying to talk to someone on the phone you hear laughter and you get hung up on not a good agencies they promise 18 base pay nobody still gets 18 working through agencies & if you like working for free then go for it.
